Character but modern facilities. It is like your own boutique hotel which you wont want to leave with jacuzzi and Cinema room. All the beds are wonderful and comfortable with gorgeous linens and the bathrooms stocked with products. Fantastic location .
Parties and Religious Ceremonies the cost shown is only for those staying not for added day guests. Please be honest about numbers so we can quote correctly and makesure it works for both of us. .

Summary: A group of us stayed here for my sister’s hen party. The house is absolutely incredible, even bigger than photographed, and had everything we could possibly need! Gaye was a fab host, she greeted me at the property to make sure I knew I could find it and know where everything was. We made full use of the hot tub, garden and movie room. Would 100% recommend!!

Summary: We stayed zat this house for 2 night for an Christmas get together. It's very comfortable, has everything a group coule need. The only issues we had were with the house heating, it was cold and with the outdoor jacuzzi which was only half full of water to could not really be used. Other than that we loved the house and may come back next year.

Summary: Had an amazing weekend from start to finish. Having planned a very self contained weekend the house was perfect. Spacious, clean and with everything you need. The cinema room was great to sit together, dining room was the right size for 14 of us. The recommendations from Gaye regarding the private chef to mixologist were 10/10. Highly recommend this house, especially for large groups. The beds are super comfy too!

Summary: Me and 11 other friends have just celebrated a hen weekend at this fantastic venue. Gaye (the owner) was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is great for large groups of friends. With big open spaces for you all to gather in. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cutlery and plates etc for large groups and spotlessly clean throughout. With only 5 bedrooms I was worried how we would all be accommodated but each bedroom has at least 1 double bed, some bedrooms have 2 double beds in. All the beds were nicely made up with high quality cotton linen and really comfortable. If you are looking for a luxury house, for a large get together I cannot recommend this one enough. It's definitely #myhomegoals.

Summary: Short break with kids, has everything one could ask for. Excellent location for quick getaway from London. Owner very friendly and welcoming. Stunning house good entertainment, hot tub, sonos music system, massive Cinema room, plenty of garden space to explore and even a remote controlled garden water feature! Lovely house to relax and chill in!

Summary: We hired this gorgeous house for my Dad's 60th Birthday. It was clean, spacious and Gaye the owner gave us a comprehensive show round and made us feel very welcome. Gaye also put us in touch with a chef, Bastien. He and his team prepared and cooked a fantastic meal for us which we had on our return from the races at Newbury. Bastien and Gaye were a pleasure to liaise with and very accommodating with any request we had. The food was delicious and the service top notch. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wanted to have a party. My son loved the huge projector where he watched a film supersize! Thank you so much for making it such a memorable week-end for all of us!
