4 Bedroom Villa in San Miguel de Abona, san miguel de abona sc de tenerife

Casa Paraiso is a large villa suitable for 2 families and located in the heart of Golf Del Sur, just 10 minutes drive from the airport.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa sleeps 9 but also has a sofa bed in the annexe lounge. It is totally wheelchair accessible with easy access and no steps. There are two entrances to the villa; one through an electronic gate with parking for a least 6 cars and another via a pedestrian gate. Once through the main electronic and pedestrian gates there is a separate entrance taking you through to the heart of the villa. Having these two gates makes the villa pool area TOTALLY SECLUDED and not overlooked. The pool has a large waterfall flowing into it, a kitchen/bar with bbq,fridges,freezer,sink,flat screen tv, and music system. There is a large table for Al fresco dining, a sofa and chairs, also 9 sunbeds for relaxing in the sun.
There is an outdoor area complete with a pool table, multi gym etc
On entering the villa you find yourself in a large hall with doors leading to three of the bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge area. The property has a master bedroom suite comprising of a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe, shower room, living area with sofa bed, kitchen and patio doors leading to the pool. This area of the villa could be used as a separate annexe.
Bedroom 2 has 3 single beds with the option to make a large king if required. There is a large en-suite bathroom with shower and separate bath.
Bedroom 3 has a king size bed with an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 4 is at the rear of the villa and separate from the other bedrooms. It has two single beds with the option to make them into a king. There is an en-suite wet room.
The living area has a L shaped sofa, standard sofa and armchair for curling up if you decide to have a night in watching the large flat screen tv whilst serving yourself a drink from the indoor bar.
There are several televisions in the villa controlled by an IPTV box with full sports, UK channels and movies. You have 7 day catch up available with the option to change languages. Netflix (own account) is available on both lounge televisions.
The main kitchen has a central island, ceramic hob, 2 ovens, large in built fridge,microwave, dishwasher and is well equipped for a villa of this size. The kitchen sink has a built in tap with filtered cold water (no need to buy bottled water) .There is a table and chairs then sliding doors which give access the rear patio with views of Mount Teide. Theres also a separate utility room with a large freezer, sink and washing machine.
The spacious dining room with large dining table and chairs is situated next door to the kitchen. There is a table with a PS4 with a selection of games.
There’s a welcome pack on arrival. Cot and high chair available at no extra cost.
It has fibre optic wi-fi and air-conditioning.
Situated in a peaceful and popular area of Golf Del Sur where all the amenities are only a 7 minute walk away. In the resort centre known as San Blas you will find 3 squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants; some with evening entertainment as well as bars showing all the popular sports and for those who like playing bingo or quizzing. A few bars host games and quiz nights. There are shops, cashpoints, doctors, chemists and a medical centre. A lovely sea front walk takes you to the new marina. The name Golf Del Sur hails from the 2 leading golf courses - one a championship course opposite the villa and within easy walking distance. Golf clubs are available for rent on request. Golf Del Sur has a regular bus service - the bus stop being a 2 minute walk away.
Please note bookings are a minimum of 5 nights apart from Christmas and New year period which is 2 weeks.

Summary: We had a great stay in the villa. It was perfect for a large family. The swimming pool and bar was the highlight. In the evenings we were all sat at the bar having drinks and watching the sport on the TV outside in the warm conditions. The house was very clean and after being checked in we were left to it which was great. Bars and restaurants a five minute walk away but hiring a car essential to explore the island. Would recommend.

Summary: From booking to saying goodbye the whole experience was excellent. Fantastic host where nothing was a problem, communication brilliant.Villa just outstanding-everything you needed was there including a very generous starter pack from the host. Location was brilliant, short 7 minutes walk to all bars restaurants and hyperdinno. Would highly recommend this villa and I’m definitely booking again Thanks for a holiday to remember.

Summary: It’s without a doubt that villa paraiso lived up to its provided description and gallery of photos. Upon arrival we were greeted by one of the owners, Gary. He was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the villa on how everything worked, should we not remember, he invited us to contact him any time should we need help. The villa and pool area was clean and well maintained. Perfect for celebrations as to why we hired it for my 30th and my uncles 60th birthdays and even more so as it was wheelchair accessible, which was the main reason as wheelchair accessible villas are very very hard to find. Deborah the other owner went above and beyond in catering for my needs and helping me with mobility hire for my stay.I would definitely recommend this villa as the owners were great and very responsive! It is secluded and private but at the same time fairly close to restaurants and the town square where you can indulge in eating out and multiple cocktails! Thank you Deborah and Gary, we will definitely visit again!!!

Summary: Absolutely Amazing This holiday villa didn’t meet our expectations it exceeded them. A villa with a wonderful mix of traditional and modern styles. We could not have asked for more from the friendly owners, Gary & Deb. The extra touches like the welcome pack, additional items for our 9 month baby, pool inflatables, and the outside bar stocked with various beverages added to our amazing holiday experience. We have no hesitation in recommending Casa Paraiso & look forward to returning in the future.

Summary: What a fabulous villa. Just the job. Favourite area, outside pool and bar. So much fun. The villa is walking distance to shops and great verity of restaurants. Walking distance across the coastal wooden pathway to local village with even more restaurants. Amazing golf course across the road. Beach by bus to local resort one way and man made white beach the other. Buses on time. Overall an excellent location, amazing villa, clean and with everything thought of, fabulous hosts and arrival box with all the essentials. We will be back xx

Summary: A well equipped, large villa with lots of natural light. The pool / bar area is excellent and plenty of space for a bigger group and a big focal point. Lots of indoor space too. Excellent location for golf courses in Del Sur, Las Américas and Adeje not too far by Bus / Taxi. Short walk to Los Abrigos / San Blas for food and a short bus ride to Los Cristianos with the stop right outside. Would recommend to families and groups looking for a bigger place with space for everybody.

Summary: Villa ideally located for shops, bars and restaurants although it is situated in quiet area. There is everything you could wish for at this villa. Spotlessly clean, beds very comfortable.
