This beautiful Family Home offers Two levels of living, three bedrooms upstairs with King Size Beds, Pull out queen size bed in Family Room, separate toilet on the living level, large kitchen with scullery, open plan living with extensive harbour views of Mt Maunganui and surrounding waterways. To make you feel totally at home, photos and books are left out for you to enjoy.
The large Master suite includes a large bathroom with twin vanity and walk in shower, step out onto the balcony from the bedroom for gorgeous views of the harbour and the Mount.
This floor also includes a fabulous family bathroom with shower, spa bath and toilet.
Close to the local all tide jetty to launch your boat or fish from, great safe swimming for both adults and children . Walk to the local boat club for dinner, with a cafe and dairy just a short stroll over the park. Also close by is a local supermarket, Pizza outlets, Bottle Store and Hot pool just five minutes away.
The local park has a children's playground to enjoy and can be viewed from the house!
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$150.00 per stay); Linen NZ$50 per stay.
Please note that we have a private apartment on the garage level which will not impede your living space within the home which are on the upper two levels.

Summary: The home is spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen and living areas are huge. We enjoyed just lazing around, watching the view, and popping out for walks around the domain. The Omokoroa area is great too, with the new cycleway, walkways around the peninsula, the Matakana ferry, boat club & restaurant, dairy, and beach all close by.

Summary: It is such a lovely holiday for the whole family. Kids like swimming at the beach which is walk distance. Fishing nearby is easy. Nice landlords to talk to. Easy communication with them. Hope we will come back soon.

Summary: Place was amazing. Photos don't do it justice. There is a tenant that lives downstairs however there was no issues as everything is separate. The view was amazing. Place had everything we needed. One of the best baches I've stayed at. Would have loved to stay longer if you would have us again ??
