4 Bedroom Villa in Kalkan

This spacious luxury villa in Kalkan overlooks Kalkan Bay, the islands and the harbour and is only a 10 minute stroll to the town centre. The house is located in the distance to reach all shopping centers, restaurants and the public beach in Kalkan on foot. All rooms have fantastic sea views. The house has terraces or balconies on all three levels, all with splendid views. The house is 180 m2 indoor area and furnished with taste in a classic, simple, elegant style.
The villa is situated within its own plot (650 sqm), surrounded by natural stone walled gardens and terraces with plants like palm,olive,fruit and grapes. It has a spectacular large 44 m2 private swimming pool and plenty of outside stoned areas for eating and sunbathing. In the ground floor there is a kitchen with a fridge for cold drinks and a cooker for making omlettes etc. All rooms have balconies or terraces with plenty of seating areas. Everything at the villa and in the garden are only for your use.
There is a lounge area in the house with a log fire. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms all with private balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, oven and complete kitchen utensils and glassware. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The villa is equipped with satellite TV, surround sound system and DVD facilities. There are plenty of parking space for our guest in front of the villa.The property has high speed wireless internet access which makes it suitable for smaller corporate groups. The villa is very well serviced, staff attend daily to the pool and garden, cleaning and linen change weekly. The villa should provide everything to make a fantastic and relaxing holiday.

Summary: Could not of been happier, from the moment we booked Mustafa helped us all the way through, including travel and excursions. The villa was beautiful and the photos do not do it justice as it is just so perfect I wanted to say thank you to his sister who lives next door who looks after you while you are there. Summary: Villa NeNa is a stunning property, very spacious even though there were 10 family members we each had our own space, pool is big enough to accommodate all 10 of us without feeling cramped even with pool toys ect, owner's very nice , helpful despite the language barrier, everything you need for a perfect family holiday.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped villa spending most of our time at the villa in the lovely, large pool. The owner couldn't have been more helpful before our stay, and we were very well looked after by his wife during our stay. Such a kind touch to bring us coffee on our first morning as we had arrived late and had no supplies. And very generous gifts of home made jams and pastries at other times too. The villa had everything we needed, is very spacious - we were a family of four but you could comfortably have 2 families of four having their own rooms - and very well laid out. The gardens are lovely and the location is great being just a few minutes drive outside of Kalkan. We loved it!

Summary: We had a great holiday, looked after by the landlord and his family. Villa had everything we needed, spacious, comfortable and a great size pool. The only negative is the road noise but you do get use to it. Fully recommend this villa

Summary: 8 of us have just returned from [4 couples] have just returned from 2 glorious weeks staying in Villa Nena in Kalkan, Turkey. The villa itself was everything the owner said it would be and more. Clean, very spacious, wonderful views, great facilities and a brilliant pool. Outside space included a garden which among other things had a lime tree, a fig tree, a pomegranate tree, and red and white grapes - all kept in immaculate condition. The owners sister lives in a villa next door which may put some people off - don't let it. She was attentative without being intrusive and on several occasions brought us all over Turkish snacks and Turkish coffee. Didn't effect us but I wouldn't say the villa was suited to very young children - there is no childrens pool and the main pool is deepish. Kalkan itself is an amazing place, buzzing at night with over 130 restaurants and bars but thankfully no discotheques. Built as it is on the foothills of the mountains as they come down to meet the sea it is quite steep. Walking down from our villa to the town took about 20 minutes, we never attempted to walk back up but there are numerous taxis and they are very cheap. Kalkan has a man-made pebble beach which isn't particularly good - but a 20 minute car/taxi ride away is Patara beach - glorious sand and warm sea stretching for about 12 miles. Summarising, all 8 of us felt it was one of the best holidays any of us have been on. If we could give it 6 stars we would.
