Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this house. Not only was the house very clean and well-kept, the entire furnishings and equipment were of a very high quality and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and really well equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms were also exceptionally good: wonderful beds with very fine bed linen. The bathrooms were also excellent with very well-functioning showers with hot water. The location of the house was fantastic.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at this cute little house. Perfect location to easily get to all the area attractions while still enjoying the peacefulness of being away from town. There are a couple other houses scattered around the property but the large floor-to-ceiling windows/doors are aligned perfectly so you can't see into each other's houses. The short hiking trails on the property were really well done.

Summary: My family of 4 enjoyed staying here. Great views, super clean and only about a 10 minute drive to the downtown area. The couch was super comfy to watch movies after dark.

Summary: Everything about this property was exactly what we were hoping for. It was perfectly appointed for a getaway with friends. The location was quiet and felt very safe. The sounds of the forest were better than any calming soundtrack to fall asleep to and waking to the birds in the trees was a very relaxing way to begin each day. Oscar was easily the best host we have ever had through VRBO. He responded to every request promptly and provided all of the essentials for a great vacation - including fresh eggs and coffee! The entire experience was soothing for the soul.

Summary: The rental was exactly as pictured! The place is very modern and we had everything we could need. Oscar was there to greet us and was extremely helpful during our stay. He had glasses already in the freezer for our beer on the patio and fresh bread as well. The hug windows in the bedrooms were awesome so you could wake up to nature outside the windows. The location is outside the city and is nice and secluded. All-in-all a fantastic experience!

Summary: A beautiful, modern home in a stunning location. I could not believe how lovely the view was out of the large floor to ceiling windows. This home seems to be newly constructed and has a nice kitchen all the amenities needed to prepare meals. The stacked W/D was fantastic for doing our laundry after a week of hotels stays. The owner has made a couple of trails through the forest on the property and one of our favorite memories from Monteverde is hiking in solitude through moss covered trees and vines. Highly recommend this home, it is very comfortable and peaceful.

Summary: The thing about this house is that it is in such a beautiful, comfortable setting we forgot to go see all the sights Monteverde has to offer! We enjoyed having our morning coffee and afternoon tea and watching and listening to the wildlife. We certainly want to stay here again.

Summary: Starting with the communication from Oscar, he was SO helpful and considerate of everything from directions to meeting us at the end of the road to follow him! The home is tucked just on the mountain side with gorgeous views of his property. You wont be disappointed about the no a/c when you open all the windows that take up 90% of the home, at night the cool breeze and the sounds of the forest will put you right to sleep. If you're super lucky Oscars sweet pup will come visit you for some pets! The home is also only down the road from the 100% Adventura ziplining and tarzan swing( which is a MUST to do). Literally nothing was wrong with this home, Oscar did an amazing job of making sure all amenities needed are there for you, like putting two beer mugs ready for you in the freezer. Could NOT rate this place any higher! 100/10!!
