Summary: It’s all about relaxing in the pool and spa and it didn’t disappoint! The weather was perfect for pool time and walking through the friendly neighborhood. Also the location is a quick drive to grocery store and points of interest.

Summary: The entire stay was amazing!!!! Great house with amazing pool/hot tub. House was very clean and owner was over the top accommodating. Very quick to respond to any questions. Amazing quiet community full of friendly people. Only 15 minutes away from South Padre Island and the amazing Beaches and Restaurants.Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Summary: My wife and I and our two little dogs had a very relaxing weekend. We stayed in the pool almost all the time. Very clean pool with beautiful views of river running behind it. Most certainly will be back. Lwill be back

Summary: Property was clean, somewhat bare bones, but had all the necessities. I wanted to bake a cake for my girls birthday, but could not find a cake pan (& forgot to bring one). Other than that, very comfortable, pool & spa were clean. House in general was clean and well-maintained. Steven was very receptive/quick to respond. Great/quiet neighborhood. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your home.

Summary: We have stayed at this property a few times now, and every time the experience has been great. The house and the pool are well maintained and clean. Everything works as it should. The kitchen is stocked. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We are a group of 3-4 usually. There are towels and dishes for 6 so bring extra if you don’t want to do laundry or dishes that often. No complaints!

Summary: The backyard and the pool sold us on the listing and proved to be the star of the stay. We were glad we heated the pool for our April stay. We also enjoyed birdwatching from the backyard as it overlooks a little water. The house is very clean. The beds and all other furnishings are adequate, but nothing more. The kitchen is sparsely furnished and supplies seemed “rationed” to the day. None of this would prevent us from recommending the property or staying there again.
