THIS BEAUTIFUL PEACHLAND PROPERTY awaits your arrival. We call it the 'Charm' because it's enchanting romantic appeal with impressive panoramic views looking out over Lake Okanagan reaching as far as Kelowna to the north and Naramata to the south.
The 'Charm' is a 1 bedroom cozy cottage experience with a fabulous spacious deck off the side and plenty of room inside for a couples retreat. The sofa in the living room does extend to a bed.
The living room enjoys panoramic lake views and walk-out access to the patio for your evening romantic meal. Enjoy the ambiance while taking in the lure of the lake while relaxing with a glass of wine from one of the many local wineries.
The kitchen is effortless and fully equipped including new stainless steel appliances. We left out the dishwasher to escape the noise and rumble of the washer, the kitchen has all that's needed for trouble-free dish washing.
The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and looks out over Okanagan Lake.
The 'Charm' is within minutes to downtown Peachland, with lovely restaurants and shopping nearby and a one the best local markets offering organics and local treats. Take a leisurely drive south and enjoy the stunning vineyards and local wineries throughout the Okanagan valley, through Summerland, Penticton, Naramata and reaching as far Osoyoos. All accessible within a day's drive or an afternoon tour --
Your furry friends are welcome as we understand how important they are to travel with you. However, we do like to discuss prior to your booking. Dogs are allowed with approval.

Summary: Me, my wife and our dog loved the place very much. It was perfect for our vacation. We had all whatever we need for our stay. View from the house on the lake was like million dollars. Hosts are extremally friendly trying to accommodate us as much as they could during very hot weather. With AC would be like paradise. Thanks Margit and Dominic

Summary: An absolute piece of heaven in a perfect location. I’m not sure what we fell in love with more at this little house: the views, the fresh herbs, the wildlife or the location. Peachland was the perfect town for our much-needed getaway and Margit and Dominique were exceptional hosts. The house is in a great location, with plenty of privacy and breathtaking views of the lake (excellent for watching the sunrise over the mountains). Our hosts were available for anything we needed, but remained completely polite and respectful of our privacy. The gardens are gorgeous and well-maintained which, yes, meant we had full access to the fresh herbs the other reviews rave about (and our own private kitchen where we loved cooking with them). The location is ~5 minutes away from so many fun activities / hiking trails, including ziplining, and small restaurants / diners that we frequented often. We even had a surprise visit from a deer in the front yard one morning! I honestly cannot rave enough about this house and will just end the review by saying I highly recommend it!! If we can get out to BC again, we will absolutely be back. Thank you Margit and Dominque for the perfect home away from home!

Summary: We loved our stay! The place was super clean, the hosts were very friendly and helpful and the view couldn’t be better. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We relaxed here for two weeks and found it to be the perfect getaway. Would definitely recommend and will very like try to book this Vrbo again if the opportunity presents.

Summary: With the absolute wonderful views of the lake, the quail skittering across the lawn, the deer and even an apricot tree you couldn’t find anywhere better. Jus the right size for two of us and wonderful amenities. We xan wait to go back. Our host was absolutely wonderful. Even had fresh herbs to cook with.

Summary: This was one of the places we stayed at in the okanagan by far! All the comforts of home with a super spectacular view! 3 decks to choose from so you could decide if you wanted sun or shade! Fresh herbs right outside! Margit and Dominique were perfect hosts and met us when we arrived. You really can’t get much better than this place! Will definitely book again!

Summary: The view of the Lake is stunning. The Cottage is perfect for a couple and is dog friendly. It is also perfectly located for wine touring and also lots of local hikes. You couldn’t ask for a more fully stocked kitchen and it has a full sized fridge and stove. Then the little things- puzzles, books and even a telescope. Great internet connections and a full range of TV programs and access to Netflix. This is our second year staying here and already planning for next year.
