Don’t be tricked by other properties that say lake front, this is actual lake front! We can rent for 90 days minimumWe have an amazing location right on the lagoon. Lakeview. Tugboat beach. Incredible amenities ! Indoor and outdoor Pool, tennis courts, hot tubs, gym! We have unobstructed views off this massive end unit patio which allows for 100% lake enjoyment all day long. We even a have a boat slip for rent separately right out front to maximize your summer! (check availibility) Not only is this the largest lakefront Condo but there is a boardwalk right out front that takes you all through the bird sanctuaries 100 yards right into downtown! It’s like a free zoo with beavers , ducks, cranes, all making nests for this years babies. This unit is one of a kind in this Kelowna with the balcony a stones throw from the water !1 King, 1 queen, 2 twins. Watch the boats , the sea planes take off, the sail boat races, the paddle board yoga, the kiddies on the beach all right out front of your patio. close to everything ...the beach, the pools, hot tub, tennis and the gym and two fabulous restaurants! Waterfront Wines and Bouchons.
Short elevator ride or 1 flight of stairs directly to the dock, the proximity to the indoor pool and gym is just down the hall, no elevator!! And the outdoor pool and tennis courts are only one flight of stairs up from your suite, you can take the elevator, but honestly with kids, who wants to wait!
We are close to Tugboat Bay, this beach area is located at the heart of the city, Waterfront Park has unbeatable views of Lake Okanagan, sandy beaches, beautifully landscaped gardens, washroom facilities, paddle boat rentals and boat launches. Observe Kelowna's diverse wildlife that inhabit the Rotary Marshes located at the north end of the beach. Take a stroll, or enjoy the delicious restaurants, located along the boardwalk which follows the water’s edge all the way to City Park. If you're lucky, you may even catch some local talent on the Island performance stage

We have also been impressed with the quality of people in this building. A good mix of families and couples either renting or living here permanently. This is not a loud rowdy building...there are lots of kids at the pool, and really nice people to meet as you spend your week

Summary: Close to downtown, Prospera Place and the casino. Unit has everything you need, view of the lake and the pool/hot tub areas are perfect. Paid parking on the street is the only concern but you can park on Manhattan a block away for free.

Summary: The condo was excellent. It was clean and easily accessible. After a round of golf we were able to clean up and walk to a bunch of great restaurants. I would highly recommend this place as an option for someone wanting to explore the city and to do so on foot.

Summary: Beautiful location right on the water with a great view from the second floor. Our family trip with 4 adults and 2 children were perfectly accommodated given the 3 bedrooms. One had a king with the en-suite washroom, the second had a queen bed and the third for the kids was great with two twin beds. Check in process was very easy. Only negative would be the parking spot. If you have a full size pickup truck that you plan on parking in the included spot in the parking garage I’m not sure that it will fit, luckily we didn’t bring our pickup on the trip.

Summary: The five of us loved the location and roominess of this condo. We spent many hours in the pools and tennis court and at the beach where we swam, rented kayaks and water bikes. The large balcony with a great view was enjoyed every evening.
