"Casa Galore" is a beautifully presented property, with its wonderful views over the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. It has been furnished with quality and comfort in mind. From the top level kitchen to the comfortable master suite, you'll notice the attention to details in every room. Tasteful artwork adorns the smooth walls and the colour scheme is a match to the blue of the sea, in what can only be described as a luxurious beach house. The property is laid out over three levels. From the front door, you'll see the dining area with seating for two and then down stairs to the master-suite and bathroom. Upstairs takes you to the open-plan kitchen and comfortable lounge from which you have your first view of the terrace with its comfortable seating, outdoor dining table for four and the wonderful view. From the terrace you can see the liners that cruise the Mediterranean and the smaller sail boats. In the master suite you have a very comfortable king-size bed, a sofa and a large smart television, with plenty of wardrobe space and views over the beach. Next to this is the modern bathroom, with bath and separate shower cubicle. The sofa is actually a sofa bed and could be made up for a teenager or adult. From the front door of the property, you can walk down a little walkway in the urbanisation to the wide sandy beach, which is about 70 meters away. From the beach you have views of the Rock of Gibraltar and on clear days you can see the coast of Morocco. About 400 meters along the beach you'll find a beach bar (chiringuito) serving drinks and food. You can also hire loungers and umbrellas here. Further on you'll find a small naturist beach. Within the urbanisation, there is a large community pool available. At night, with its clever use of lighting, this house takes on a very different feeling. LED's which can change colour to your own taste or mood are carefully concealed to maximise their effect. Community parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Over all, this is an extremely tasteful property ideal for those who are looking for top-quality accommodation next to the beach in Estepona, here on the Costa del Sol.

Summary: The apartment was fantastic mood lighting and very clean, however it did say close to amenities that is correct if you have a car we didn’t think we needed one but we did the time in Spain office were brilliant and got one sorted for us.later in the stay we had a blocked sink and a problem with the electrics and the TV these things were sorted out immediately. The apartment has been done to a very high spec but it is in a very tired Urbanización so although done well the cosmetic will not mend the underlying condition. The bathroom looks fab but it had a smell to it damp drainage etc…if we had realised the steps involved maybe we wouldn’t have booked that particular place on the photos the beach looked beautiful but it was quite rocky taking all this in to conciderstion we did have a very good holiday

Summary: Amazing views. Outside area beatifull. No TV in living room, especially in bad weather. Separate TV room no added value. Placement of dining area uncomfortable. Car necessary Not so suitable for longterm winter stays, too far from everything.
