Summary: The flat was clean and true to pictures, we had towels and toiletries at disposal. Kitchen had tea, coffee and sugar as well. Communication with the landlord was 5/5*, he provided very clear directions and helped us when we weren’t able to find the entrance. We were really happy with our stay and would recommend this property. Thank you!

Summary: It was a wonderful stay, nice place, good access to the shops, I could watch and hear the trains but it was interesting not noisy. Good access to the parking, very tidy and a very effective communication with owner.

Summary: Host very attentive and helpful. Apartment very well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches. Slightly run down part of Strood but close to station and Rochester. Owner badly let down by cleaners on this occasion, soiled bedding and floors not vacuumed. Contacted owner re bedding at 11pm and he was able to help with clean supply, felt very sorry as he clearly has high standards and seemed genuinely mortified. A shame.
