This Beautifully restored Barn Conversion is set in its own grounds on the outskirts of the ancient village of Iron Acton . It is a fabulous country property with sumptuous interiors , large cinema and games room and a new six- seater hot tub arriving early September 2021 . This property is perfect to rent for birthday parties , family celebrations and get- togethers with friends .
Please note we have a noise policy after 10.30pm at night.
Please note only Friday to Sunday or Monday bookings taken at weekends.
Summer bookings are a minimum of a 2 night stay.
The property is tastefully furnished throughout and is set in 1.5 acres of grounds with its own field adjacent to the countryside .
The 6 large bedrooms offer flexibility to either have doubles or zip and link beds so you can sleep 4 in each bedroom if required there are 5 bathrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms .
The Garden area offers superb entertainment undercover area with bar , seating area , pool table , lounge and outside undercover dining area .
It is approached via a private driveaway , with electric gates and there is ample off- road parking . Time your visit right and you could enjoy May Day celebrations on Iron Acton Green or even a night t the proms in Acton Meadow . The Historic Acton Court built to impress Henry Vlll , is close-by and open to visitors and tours . The market Town Chipping Sodbury offers cafes , selection of pubs and boutiques and if looking for the city night life is on the itinerary , both Bristol and bath are within a half hour car journey .

Summary: 3 generations , get together of family living long way apart . Plenty of space and activities for all and good area for all to eat and for children to play . Also not too far to supermarket to top up supplies!

Summary: Wood view barn was the perfect location for a large group to get together and have fun! The property has been kitted out perfectly with modern appliances, Bose sound systems throughout, a cinema room, a gym and an outside bar with pool table and hot tub. We couldn’t have asked for a better property to get together and celebrate in! Check in/ out process was simple and good communication from the host. Overall a fantastic property, we wished we could have stayed longer!
