Or for a different ambiance, enjoy the outdoor living room and as the sun sets, move to the fire pit area for your evening marshmallow roasting routine.
At bedtime, this amazing cottage features 4 generous bedrooms with two and a half baths perfectly designed for everyone to have a peaceful night’s rest. The main floor master bedroom retreat provides private access to the beautiful four-season sunroom, double walk-in closets, and an absolutely stunning ensuite with an elegant soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Upstairs provides the perfect space for kids and guests with two large bedrooms, Jack and Jill bath, 2 hidden playrooms with a MyPuffin play couch and toys, and a separate seating area with TV.
While away from home all your potential needs are thoughtfully included – central air for those extra warm days, radiant floor heating for the cold ones, gas barbecue, high-speed internet throughout the house, and a washer and dryer for those “we didn’t bring enough clothes moments”. In addition, the home features 2 office spaces complete with all the same productivity features you would expect. (printer and display)
Outdoors is spectacular - firepit, outdoor living and dining space for 10 under covered porch, fat boy hammock, ping-pong, foosball, bocce ball, badminton or volleyball net, frisbee lots of room to run around. Our game garage room is heated and has all the outdoor beach toys, ping pong and foosball for indoor fun.
We love traveling with our pets and we know you do too. It also helps save on kennel fees. We would just ask you clean up after your dog. If there is any damage, we ask you to be upfront and help restore the house the way it was when you arrived.

Summary: The house was beautiful, the location was perfect and close to the beach. Host had many choices for beach items. House was well suited for our large family. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the quality of cleaning.

Summary: We had a fabulous stay at this cottage! The walk to the beach was a perfect short distance and the neighbourhood is lovely. Our hosts were very helpful and gracious, and we would definitely recommend a stay at Southampton Soleil.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay with our family and friends at this beautiful cottage. We were very impressed with how spacious it was and the overall cleanliness of the cottage. It was convenient to have all of the linens, towels, patio diningware and pretty much anything you need! The extra beds in two of the rooms were great for a snoring husband! Lol. The decor and furnishings have a real beachy feel. The owners were very responsive and answered any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family and will consider renting it again in the future!
