Beautiful 4 bedroom Moroccan style detached Villa - (fully Air-conditioned) 3 bedrooms plus an attic bedroom with fantastic sea views and its own large private terrace. Large private pool with sun loungers. Dining areas at the front and rear of the villa with large gas BBQ.
Enclosed Moroccan water garden. Small fitness/gym area with bicycles available to renters at no extra cost.
Large lounge with wood burner. Indoor dining room. Moroccan style kitchen with American style fridge/freezer. Master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite and another 2 bedrooms (1 twin & 1 Double) on ground floor with access to bathroom/shower. Stairs leading to large attic room with double bed.
Sleeps 8, ideal for large group or 2 families holidaying together.
Villa also has Tv, video recorder and wifi, also travel cot, high chair and booster seat, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and laundry facilities.
Good on street parking outside villa.
Local supermarket and restaurants less than 2 minutes’ walk from the villa and the beach is a 5 minute walk with Duquesa port taking another 5 minutes from the beach.
Close to many first class golf courses including Valderrama , Duquesa, San Roque, Alcaidesa and Finca Cortesin to name a few.
Short car journey to Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella for excellent restaurants and shopping.
For the younger guests there are many interesting things to do such as, Castellar Zoo, water parks, Selwo Zoo, Karting, Horse riding, Roman Baths and Gorge walking.

Summary: The villa is well positioned to local shops, restaurants, beech and marina. Lovely pool area , well equipped. Had a problem with air con but this was resolved almost straight away! Very roomy and relaxing, quiet villa with enough space for everyone. We enjoyed our stay

Summary: We were greeted at the villa by the hosts. The Villa was bigger and more beautiful than the pictures show. The air conditioning was excellent with plenty of space both indoors and out. It was a nice quiet location with a well stocked supermarket within a 2 minute walk. The welcome hamper in the fridge was a nice personal touch. Lots of towels. Well stocked kitchen Crockery and utensils. Nespresso machine was an added bonus. Highly Recommend .

Summary: It was great to be welcomed personally by Elaine and Tony . The welcome basket was a nice surprise. There are a few steps to deal with if you have mobility issues ( we were fine though) Everthing is close...supermarket and beach a short walk. Property is well maintained and although we did have a hot water issue it was fixed quickly. We ( 2 couples and a single) had an enjoyable week exploring the area and enjoying the spacious home.

Summary: Lovely quirky villa with a large pool which had all the facilities for a large family. There are supermarkets just 5 minutes walk from the villa and Duquesa port is just 10 minutes walk. There are also bikes for guests use. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay, the only let down were the mosquitoes in the garden. Make sure you put on plenty of repellent!

Summary: We spent 10 fantastic days int he property. The house is located in calm area, well decorated and with all equipment. The garden and outside area is all you can expect to relax and enjoy your stay around the swimming pool. Elaine was a perfect host from first contact untill our departure. We will stay again without any doubt..

Summary: Excellent in all respects. Variety of outdoor areas, well maintained grounds and lovely pool. Glorious terrace for evening meals/drinks. Convenient to food stores/resteraunts and a very good market in Sabinillas. Will hopefully use again.
