Featuring a generously equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a spacious vaulted ceiling living space with spectacular views, a wood-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Cimarron and Sneffel's Mountain ranges and beautiful outdoor living space with a gas BBQ grill and mountain-inspired outdoor furniture. It is the perfect retreat to bask in the cool mountain air, take in the plentiful views, and create a base camp for all of your mountain adventures. There is also a trail (for residents/guests only) out the back door that meanders several miles throughout the entire Log Hill Village area and offers amazing views.
There is parking in the east garage for one car, with plenty of additional parking available off the driveway in front of the home.

In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray and Ridgway! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
