Negative: The dryer vent had not been cleaned in sometime it did not work at all. Kept saying dryer vent needs to be clean. Fire hazard

Positive: This was the culmination of a 3 day road trip so coming home to rest here was amazing! This home is wonderful. Every room has been tastefully and intelligently laid out. All facilities worked well. The kitchen is fabulous. The entertainment facilities were wonderful. I will definitely try to book this wonderful home for my next trip to Phoenix.

Positive: The house is immaculate and was close to the location we wanted to travel to. (Marriott Desert Ridge) The pool and hottub are amazing, and I definitely recommend you pay the extra $75 per day to heat them! The host Bart is very ethical and dealt with a listing issue we had regarding the location of the property. (Booking.com had listed it improperly and Bart offered to move us to even more expensive options as he reps over 100 homes and apts. We decided to stay put and were very glad we did!)
Negative: Honestly there was nothing not to like! True story. haha
Summary: Amazing house with every amenity you can think of, including a great pool/ping pong table!

Positive: Beautiful house. But, it is not steps from Old Town. Had to rent a car instead of being able to walk everywhere. It is at least 8-9 miles away. It is not close to anything in Old Town. The map is definitely incorrect.
Negative: The map is not correct. The house is not steps away from Old Town. We spent about 150 or more on Ubers and had to rent a car, instead of walking.
