Welcome to Terraces Little Bay in St Maarten
Treat yourself to the utmost stylish and modern ocean view apartment located in the exclusive Little Bay Hill .
This spacious environment, is designed to be enjoyed as a family, has a terrace with stunning sea views, private pool, two master suites (one with a king bed and a walking closet), the other with two double size beds (you can join them and make a king bed) and closet and a third room with daybed.
All of them with their own bathroom and ocean view.
The kitchen of our apartment is fully equipped and you can prepare and enjoy your favorite dish as if you were at home.
Just off the kitchen you will find a small laundry room, equipped with a full size washing and drying machine.
Your pleasant comfort while being here is our priority. This apartment has sound insulation windows with air chamber, mattresses and pillows of superior quality.
The units have independent entrances and a private staircase will take you to the lower level, where your holidays will start.
Recently released, this modern and comfortable space also offers: free internet, satellite TV, surround system in the living room, flat TV in every room and living room, washing and drying machine, a safe box, and a backup electricity generator. Complementary refreshing mid-stay maid service. Daily maid service only if optional.
If you decide to explore our deserted beaches, like Bay long and Plum Bay, among others, four beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella could be provided on a complimentary basis.
You will also find snorkeling equipment, and beach towels.
Terraces is located on the top of Little Bay Hill. You will need a car not only to reach us, but also to access to the many beaches, restaurants and unlimited opportunities you will find in St Maarten along your stay. We are very close to the most important centers of attraction which are:
Airport Princess Juliana SXM – 12 minutes.
Supermarket – 5 minutes.
Philipsburg (capital of the Dutch side of the island) 5 minutes .
Simpson Bay (lively entertainment area) 8 minutes.
Marigot (capital of the French side of the island) 10 minutes .

Summary: When we walked in we were mesmerized by the views from this lovely apt! There were drinks (water/beer) in the fridge which was a nice touch after a long journey. The pool was so refreshing after a day out. We were a family of 2 parents and 2 adult kids and there was plenty of room for us all. Had a wonderful time, and would recommend.

Summary: The place was amazing. For once, the pictures actually do not do the place justice. Views are incredible and we found the location to be great. The plunge pool is heated and great place to enjoy a morning coffee and view. Really close to Phillipsburg and also quick drive to dinner options in Simpson Bay. Communication with hosts was above any other VRBO I've stayed. We would definitely go back. We rented a jeep and I would recommend it. The hill is rather steep and although a taxi did make it up the hill for us on one occasion, when it rained, we actually could not make it up the hill without 4-wheel drive. Baie Rouge beach was our favorite, but there is also a very secluded beach right at bottom of hill from this villa with a public access point that for some reason nobody used. We found the beach to ourselves both afternoons we went there.

Summary: The unit is exactly as pictured and has an amazing Terrace with dipping pool. Fantastic view of little bay, Cruise ships and marine traffic and Phillipsburgh. Only drawback is the super steep driveway up to the unit.

Summary: My husband and I with our two best friends were thrilled to be back in St. Marten! Celebrating Jim's 60th birthday this stay could not have been more perfect. The place was very clean and brilliantly built for those looking to escape the mundane! We hope to be back on track for our annual island visit and will certainly look here FIRST for availability. Summary: I cannot say enough about how AMAZING this property and its owners are. Very responsive and helpful owners. The property is 10x better in person than in photos (you just have to see it with your own eyes). The views are beautiful and the pool was perfect. We didn't want to leave :(, but know we will be staying there again if we ever find ourselves visiting SXM again.

Summary: We stayed for one month in the 3 bedroom. WiFi, smart tv, ac, washer/dryer was as good or better than what you would expect in the US. Hosts went above and beyond-even to the point of driving us to the grocery store when national rental ran out of cars for the day....they also hooked us up with a driver for nights when we wanted to “over enjoy dinner/bars”. All around amazing experience we worked remotely with no issues, and the WiFi speed was excellent. Would highly recommend a meal plan from arena base camp for stays longer than a week and the recommended boat rental. Overall 10/10 would recommend.
