Summary: Very scenic location in a quaint neighborhood. The home itself was not to my expectation for the rental price which should reflect premium cleanliness. Upon entry into the home for a walkabout the home smelled like an open hockey bag. Laundry was not a fresh, cleaned scent but a quick phone call allowed the rental people to have them cleaned again. Floors could have been properly cleaned with no residue. As previously mentioned I would rate the home as satisfactory with beautiful, scenic surroundings.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family of 4. Spacious, fantastically clean, well equipped and perfectly located. Lots of great local amenities. Air con was very welcome during the heatwave. Happy to recommend.

Summary: We had a spectacular stay at this wonderful property. Quiet mornings on the balcony watching the mist rise on the water. Walks along the pier. Close enough to everything we needed and a world away from our busy city life. You want to stay here!

Summary: My wife, son and I stayed in Brentwood Bay in April of 2022. Before COVID, we would come to Victoria often and rent a condo downtown. This was a lovely change of pace. The house view of the bay and the large balcony were delightful. We rented a car and found that it was an easy drive to downtown, family and the airport. As opposed to staying downtown, renting a car is necessary.
