Positive: The unit was very clean and well-equipped. The location is right at a beach ramp that begins the no driving section of the beach. There is a 7-11 next door.
Negative: It is across A1A so the view of the ocean is a ways away but across the street is a park and not buildings.

Positive: The location of the property was ideal. It was right across the street from the beach and we had a great view of the beach from our balcony. It was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Flagler Ave, which allowed us to get some rest and relaxation.
Negative: The things we didn't like were that the elevator was inoperable the whole time we were there and the condo is located on the 4th floor. We didn't mind climbing the steps except for when we were unloading our luggage. Also, their was a bit of construction going on while we were there with the installation of partitions between each unit on the balcony. That made for noisy days starting early in the morning. The building was also power washed while we were there. So lots of stuff going on.
Summary: The condo was well equipped with whatever we needed and is very cute for a small space.

Positive: Management friendly and helpful. Close to ocean and restaurants grocery. Place attractive clean full size refrigerator. Television good. Like the 4 th floor view and nice furniture on balcony. Well stocked with needs. Access to wash car. Our own parking space
Negative: Bed against wall. Getting in and out of bed difficult for 2nd person. Elevator under repair. Priced as high as one bedroom which would have preferred. No good light for reading at night. No coffee pot only for pods.

Negative: States washing machine inc but this is a communal and have to pay and if you are not from US very difficult to purchase.
