Undercover verandas with patio heater, electric and coal BBQ make entertaining enjoyable with a large table. All rooms are spacious and light. One block from hospital and showgrounds. Two blocks from CBD. A home away from home. Fire pit with ample seating. Pure linen bedding throughout. Heaters in each room and three split systems keep the home warm and cool. Full access to entire home. Parking at side of house via a lane and ample street parking. Perfect location for day trips to the South Coast, Grampians and limestone coast. This home has been fully renovated to her beautiful historic past. Built in 1910.

Summary: The property was great for a gathering of friends or family, capable of up to 12. We had people from Adelaide, Melbourne, UK and US all getting together. Great bedrooms, the decor and historical charm was fantastic. Many different gathering places for the whole group or more private chats. There was a lovely fire pit setup for us to use one night and have a special gathering around the fire. Location was walking distance to the town centre and Hotels and Shops. The hosts were lovely and even provided a shower chair to assist our elderly in the shower. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The owners have put a lot of effort into this lovely place. It was very comfy, lux and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked, breakfast was lovely and the main living area was a great place to hang out with friends.

Summary: 10 out of 10. we had the extended family including an 84 year old and a 15 month old and the house worked perfectly to accomodate us all. Sue couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating, making sure we had everything we needed to ensure our stay was happy and seamless. thank you

Sue and Andy were fantastic hosts who helped with local suggestions (transport options) and added extra touches for a special birthday weekend. Summary: Our group of seven occupied all the bedrooms and all the beds – it was a full house. The beds (big tick), the linen and towels were all good quality – which made the stay very comfortable. We enjoyed times getting together in the lounge room and dining area, which could accommodate all. Everything was clean and in good condition. We appreciated the pantry supplies provided. It was a worryless and pleasureable stay. Would highly recommend.
