The beautiful cedar shingle home comes with a vast list of luxury amenities. The long driveway introduces the 2.5 acres of manicured grounds highlighting the elegance of the property. The main level offers an open sitting room with custom built-ins, a living room with a stone fireplace, a true chef’s kitchen with luxury appliances & a walk-in pantry. The glassed-in office/playroom has vaulted ceilings, a custom humidor (no smoking inside) & outdoor views. The 3-car garage has plenty of room and additional parking in the paved driveway. The 2nd level offers a large en-suite primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and walk-in closet. The primary bath has 2 sinks, jetted tub, and a separate shower. 3 additional bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open flex space, and a laundry room complete this level. The ground level offers 1046 square feet of living space. At its center is a custom bar with 4 stools, 2 high-top tables, beer tap, pool table. There is also a spa room with a cedar sauna. The yard is an oasis & an entertainer’s dream boasting a custom stone patio, GUNITA POOL/SPA (UNHEATED) (OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY), an outdoor shower, top-of-the-line full outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, a sear burner, wok, and refrigerator. There is also a wood-burning pizza oven.
We have the ac and heat set to 70 degrees to make it comfortable, we kindly ask you do no open windows. We we are happy to adjust temperatures if needed.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this house! Both the interior and exterior of the home was more than we could’ve anticipated it being. With three young children and not the best weather, daily excursions were challenging, so we chose quality time in the home and pool almost daily. The house was close to kid-friendly adventures, the beach, and all of the stores/restaurants that we needed.

Summary: The house & property are fabulous, everything we were hoping & expecting. Beautiful huge home with plenty of space. the pool & back patio is an oasis, plenty of room and comfort. Stores & beaches are close by as well. Hosts Donna & Jeff were fantastic, had a couple questions and they responded immediately. We loved our stay!!

Summary: WOW!! The house and property are exactly as pictured. It’s a gorgeous property with an amazing pool area. Just what our family needed to unwind. The welcome basket was a kind touch too. We appreciated the Jacobs beach pass. We went a couple times! The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of room for all of us to cook in there as a family! My two grandbabies loved the toy room. What a wonderful idea! The living area was huge and lots of room for little ones to spread out. And the large windows made for happy times to watch the deer!!! All the bedrooms/baths were well supplied. Very convenient that you provided the shampoo and conditioner! Thank you! Very very private for being in a community. Just absolutely loved our entire stay! Summary: Our family spent a wonderful week over the Christmas holidays in this very spacious and well appointed home! There were plenty of spaces for the kids to hang out while the adults mostly cozied up around the fireplace! We liked it so much, we booked it for 2 weeks next summer!
