3 Bedroom Apartment in Rothesay

Extremely spacious 3 bedroom apartment recently renovated and enjoying superb sea views. The apartment itself is within a short walk (5 mins) of the main ferry terminal to Wemyss Bay and is also close to all amenities that can be found in the town of Rothesay. 2 bedrooms with double bed, the other with bunk beds, which makes it ideal for family getaways, or couples alike. The stunning, professionally designed and installed kitchen diner with seating for six and a large tv is a welcome place to enjoy cooking or a glass of wine after exploring the many things to do on the island. Or you may even prefer to just relax in the beautiful ballroom sized sitting room, enjoying the warmth of the wood burner watching the smart 3d TV with many apps Inc Netflix You Tube and BBC I player. There is free unlimited Wi Fi together with a Blue Ray DVD. We supply all toiletries and linen tea coffee etc. There is a gents and ladies bike in cellar 3 or 4 and a full set of golf clubs should guests wish to borrow. This holiday let has 156 five star reviews and
we really take a pride in it and wish to give you a great place to stay when visiting this beautiful island. Many of our guests stay here year after year and I really appreciate their business. Bute is a wonderful island with many places of interest to explore including Mount Stuart which is a must. The beaches at Scalpsie Ettrick Bay and Kilchatten are beautiful and
extremely safe. We are so close to Rothesay beach you can hear the waves from the flat.
For those not travelling by car the bus stop is right outside our door and there is an open top tour bus that will take you round the island during the holiday season. We are very busy during the holiday season so best to book early to avoid disappointment.

Summary: The whole family enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse View. It’s a lovely holiday apartment with wonderful views of the bay and beyond. A lot of thought has been given to making a visitors stay a hassle free experience with a plentiful supply of towels, wood, and a drinks cupboard too. There’s a bus stop across the road should you fancy a car free visit to Mount Stuart or one of Bute’s sandy beaches.

Summary: A beautiful property with a view of the water which will stay with me for a long time. Each window has a stunning view and it was mesmerising to watch the ferry come in and out. Ideally located for a trip to Rothesay and highly recommended.

Summary: Owner Gordon was easy to communicate with. His place was a fantastic size. Living room had lots of seating although we didn't get a chance to use the living room as we were out and about at Bute festival afternoon and night. Loved that the bus stopped almost outside. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom, we brought our labradour and he was on the beach a stones throw away. All and all a great flat to visit Bute.

Summary: Beautiful apartment, much bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Views are amazing could spend hours watching the boats. Apartment has everything you need, clean, comfortable and a fabulous kitchen. Would definitely book again when visiting Rothesay.

Summary: First visit to this flat due to our usual one being sold. The flat is great with everything you need and we felt really comfortable and at home for our long weekend.Elderly dad managed the one flight up to the flat no problem and handy having the bus stop right outside too.Great flat and host so will be our new holiday flat going forward.

Summary: Really lovely apartment in Rothesay in a stunning location right on the seafront. All mod cons, lots of extras that make it feel like a home.lots of space and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return on our next visit to the island.

Summary: Excellent location, everything you need for a short or longer stay. The host was extremely accommodating, let us have a later check out and book an extra night at very short notice due to train cancellation. Next time we visit rothesay will definitely book again.
