Positive: Amazingly well equipped property, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. The location is fantastic, super friendly locals, amazing food and drinks! You can easily walk to Margate or jump on a train and be there in 4 minutes!
Negative: We were initially a little wary, having to access the property via an alley way behind the shops, which could do with a bit of a tidy up.

Positive: It was very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was great - easy access to shops, cafes, the beach and promenade. The railway station (Westage-on-Sea) was just across the road which was extremely convenient.
Negative: Having to lock/unlock 3 doors/gates every time you went in or out was a hassle. The lack of any manual with info such as Wifi password and general information was inconvenient. For example although there were 3 bins in the kitchen there was no information about recycling. The outside bins for the house weren't obvious and the general area in the alley wasn't great A small towel in the kitchen would have been useful and some kitchen towel for general purpose use.
Summary: Would highly recommend!

Positive: The property is huge and spread over 3 floors. It's beautifully decorated and the shower room is massive! Stairs are good and wide internally so my mum was able to use them easily. You access the property by metal stairs at the rear and they were a little tricky for my mum. Location is great. Under 10 min or so walk to the beach and brilliant fish and chip shop 2 mins away.
Negative: Rear access - appreciate the alley is used by others but there was quite a lot of rubbish around the metal stair case. The pavement is also a bit uneven so just be careful when walking with someone not too firm on their feet.
Summary: Wonderful, relaxing, easy short break by the coast.

Positive: Central location, good size, well equipped kitchen
Negative: The approach to the property doesn’t reflect well, it was filthy and in the dark I wouldn’t feel safe. There is no privacy to the kitchen as there is no curtain to the door and the open security door alerts neighbours etc that someone is in residence. The security door can’t be closed when in residence which is a poor design.
