Make the easy 5-minute drive to the Fernandina Beach Historic District and enjoy the charming downtown area with many great shops and dining options.
This condo has a fantastic layout in the main area (kitchen, dining, and living room) and boasts some of the best views on the island from this living space and the private balcony. With very nice updates, it is also well stocked with all the essentials. This is the perfect place for a beach getaway!

Summary: The property is awesome! Being so close to the beach is the best. The unit was clean and check in was very easy. Only issues we had were one of the beach chairs was broken and the ice maker didn't seem to make ice.

Summary: The condo was just as listed and communication was excellent. Location was great. Great food and shopping was a short drive away. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was so nice and never crowded. Hope we get to come back next summer!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. Waking up every morning and having coffee while staring at the ocean was pure bliss. Loved the close location to the old town area as well. Lots of shopping and restaurants and history to explore. We really enjoyed the Amelia Island history museum. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. The hosts were very communicative, we had all the information we needed well ahead of our trip. We had one very minor maintenance issue that they resolved within one hour. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Summary: The view from this property is amazing. It is easy to get to the pool and the beach. It is a quick drive to good restaurants. We loved stayed at this property!

Summary: Great space and location. Only complaint was the chairs on the balcony were dirty and had tons of sand on the chairs. Balcony could use a good cleaning and sweeping.
