Villa "L'Aigo Claro" - the "clear spring" not only gives our dream on the hillside its name, but bubbles a few months a year and feeds the pools and the pond with the beautiful Koi's, before the water runs on to the neighbor and helps there a wonderful vegetable garden to bloom. We, the Huber family with our four children and dog Sally were able to spent our holidays there for about 20 years.
Wonderfully oriented to the south, on seven levels, on the spacious estate with almost 3. 000 square meters always a nice place can be found. Whether in the shade under the magnolia tree or at the other end of the heated pool in the sun, there is a place for every occasion. Breakfast on the upper terrace, lunch at the pool, dinner next to the barbecue house. No matter where, there is always a fantastic view of the coast to Cannes, the hills of Provence and the Lac de St. Cassien possible.
Two bedrooms in the upper area, a spacious apartment with up to 4 beds, another room with pull-out sofa bed and a gorgeous pavilion with two more beds, located in the garden, invite you to stay. Two separate toilets, two bathrooms with shower, a large, fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining area (with wooden fire place) or conservatory - a TV corner and free Wi-Fi are available.
In the garden and courtyard are lemon and orange trees, cherry and khaki tree, olive and fig trees, roses, herbs and much more. An automatic irrigation ensures that nothing dries up and a pool heating for pleasant bathing temperatures, from April till Octobre, if the sun should take a break. The terrace at the upper house is shaded with an electric marquise and the upper entrance gate opens with remote control.
It is the combination of many small and big things, the relaxing tranquility, the enticing scents of Provence, the breathtaking panorama and the beautiful property that you will enjoy as we do, as we are sure.

Summary: Visiting the Huber family’s beautiful House in Speracedes - quiet and good distanced from the Cote D’Azur coast Line; was a true Pleasure. House itself is great - and the beautiful sorroindings made it perfect. Classical French - from end to end. We where in total 6 adults/teenagers staying there - and the facilities met all expectations. Very good, supporting and friendly communications with the owner, Jürgen and the neighbour Danilel, who welcomed us upon arrival. We can highly recommend this place and this area - and give our sincere thanks to J¨rgen Huber and Co for hosting us during our vacation in Cote d' Azur this summer. We believe it not the last time we have visited this place Thx Morten

Summary: - huge property, enough space for our 7 person group. Balcony was big enough to eat and below you have an additional terrace with even more space. - warm and nice welcome by the neighbor who explained basics and showed the property and house. - pool has a very good size to both swim a bit but also relax on an air mattress. - Nice as a tree but also a disadvantage for the pool is the huge (magnolia?!) tree. It gives good shadow but makes the pool dirty quite fast when you are at the pool the whole day and have it uncovered. - on the other hand pool guy comes on a weekly basis and cleaned it also in a way the sole landing net can’t (good work!) - there is enough parking space (we arrived with 2 cars, a third one would t have been a problem). - good communicating and preparation by family Huber in advance. - some books and magazines in the living room, kitchen with everything we needed. - we’d come again to this house, thanks!

Summary: The house is great with a large swimming pool and beautiful garden. With record high temperatures it was a bit too warm even with all the AC-modules running. But considering that it was >40°C and the warmest it had ever been the house cannot be blamed... We were two families with three children, age 4, 5 and 12, and the two sections of the house with separate bathrooms provided plenty of space for us. De recommend it!

Summary: We stayed at this villa for one week in August 2018 and had a fabulous time. The most spectacular thing about this place is the view, photos do not do it justice, it is stunning. We had a party of 8 people including a child and we all had the best time. The pool is a lovely temperature - only slight down side is the depth, no one even 6ft men could stand in the pool! However, our child soon gained confidence in the water and was swimming and jumping in as he would normally, with supervision from us adults. The villa itself was clean and spacious. The owners even left us some drinks in the fridge which was very kind of them. I found them to be very responsive to messages which was really helpful. The villa is a short drive away from Cannes and Nice which are both well worth a visit. We also visited a huge lake nearby and spent the day there!! There is a Lidl just down the road which made food shopping very affordable. Local restaurant Rio Je T’aime Le Tignet near the supermarkets was superb - pricey but worth it on our last night! Overall we had a fantastic time and I would definitely recommend this beautiful place to anybody looking to visit the South of France. Thank you Huber family! From Georgina and family.

Summary: We are a family of five (three daughters aged 4, 9 &11) from the UK that stayed for 10 days in August 2018. The villa is a delight, on a substantial tiered plot with the most spectacular views I've seen holidaying in the South of France. Its in a great location, with restaurants and stores (including a large supermarket) all within a few minutes drive. Nearby Cabris is lovely with several great restaurants and our drive from Nice Airport was a simple 40 minute cruise. The villa is on two floors with two double bedrooms upstairs with the main living accommodation (kitchen/sitting room etc) and the master suite downstairs with an adjoining office and bathroom ensuite. There isn't an internal staircase joining the two floors so we didn't actually use the mastersuite downstairs as we didn't want to have young children locked on a separate floor. This set up could of course be very desirable where two families are staying/a single family has older children. Whilst there are a number of fans, there is no aircon. The villa is very comfortable and well decorated with some lovely pieces of art and prints throughout. There is extensive external parking space and a balcony that runs round the front of the kitchen, sitting room and one of the double bedrooms. If you needed to do a few hours work/check emails/make calls etc. the office is a great space with free WIFI speed perfectly adequate. The pool area and the extensive views were really excellent and my wife and I sat for many hours peering over the tops of our books, enjoying the views whilst sipping some chilled Provenance Rose. Precisely the holiday we wanted! The children really enjoyed having their own daytime space in the garden house. I also really liked the BBQ bar area, which, whilst obviously not a new addition(!!), has a particular old world charm and a great spot for some early evening drinks whilst turning some steaks. The owner Jurgen is very responsive and helpful with directions and guidance on the local area etc. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the villa to other potential guests.
