The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a family would need to make a quick meal. Renters will also have access to a gas BBQ grill on the wraparound balcony, an enclosed parking garage, and free outdoor parking on site. Fresh drinking water is provided from the water purifier faucet (also connected to the fridge and makes good quality ice)

Summary: The condo was a dream. We felt so spoiled as the views were always amazing & you can hear the waves crashing and pick up shells on the beach. There is a rooftop bar accross the street and restraunts within walking distance. It’s also right off the bike trail. The neighbors are friendly and there is plenty of parking. There are 2 bedrooms plus a bonus space for sleeping & the living room sofa pulls out. The master bedroom is large & luxurious. There are three levels it’s small but functional and has everything in the kitchen you would need. The hosts are friendly and attentive. I made the best holliday memories there & would love to visit again.

Summary: My family and I absolutely loved this place. It was bright, clean and well equipped. It was well located to lots of outdoor activities such as playground, park, beach and a short drive into town. When we weren’t working or doing home schooling we were on the beach. When you walk out the front door you are steps away from soft sand and Monterey Bay. We will definitely becoming back and can’t wait till we do.
