The Estate is comprised of three structures attached with garden walkways, stairs, patios and covered verandas overlooking the verdant green hills of the National Park in the distance. There are six distinct bedroom suites all featuring en-suite bathrooms and central AC with individual room controlled thermostats. Young and old alike will not grow restless with access to the property gym, billiards room and full media room to watch movies. Sonos sound system allows music to be played throughout all rooms with individual volume controls in each. Master chef kitchen with two Bosch ovens, professional island gas stove, and refrigerator by Thermador, microwave, bun warmer, two dishwashers, chef-grade cooking pans, and plenty of tableware makes preparing a meal in Finisterre's kitchen a pleasant experience.
Covered outdoor seating for 18 with an array of couches borders the pool sun decks and outdoor kitchen. Nestled in the estate's courtyard, the pool features sun decks with hammock, chairs, reclining loungers, and lounge chairs on the pool's tanning ledge, allowing guests to relax in sun or shade. The pool is framed by the villa itself, offering complete privacy. A beautifully tiled spa tub is hidden away on its own private deck featuring views of Rendezvous Bay. Outdoor shower at the estate's entrance provides a freshwater rinse after days at the beach.

Summary: The property is absolutely amazing. The outdoor living area is incredible, with ample space for a large crew and non-stop breezes blowing off the water. The kitchen is amazing, with everything you could possibly need, even for the most passionate chef/baker. The property itself is beautiful, spacious and impeccably maintained. In addition, everyone involved in the process, from booking, to check in, to daily cleaning, were wonderful an absolute pleasure. All in all, it is an amazing house and incredible staff.

Summary: Could not have asked for a better setting or for more accommodating host. The property was gorgeous and had everything you could possibly need. We brought 6 kids and everyone had their own room and one to spare. All were comfortable and spacious and the layout would be perfect for older kids like ours or multiple couples. Well worth every penny and we would not have changed a thing.

Summary: We needed a villa with 6 bedrooms for our group’s trip to St. John. Finisterre greatly exceeded our expectations! The pool area is fabulous! The dining room has incredible views - we could occasionally see St. Croix. And, the media room was perfect for a large group to watch the NCAA Basketball tournament. The staff, most especially Jen, our concierge, were outstanding. If you’re looking for a large villa on the island, this is it!

Summary: We enjoyed our time at the estate. It was beautiful and spacious and even better than the pictures. It was clean and a private, quiet area. Summary: We were on the island for carnival / July 4th and it was the perfect week! The Finnesterre was a dream! Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and its location got plenty of wind, so it kept the pool from being super hot. We cooked several nights and the kitchen had ample serving dishes, utensils, spices, etc. Jen was also an excellent property manager. She provisioned for us, greeted us at the dock, and provided recommendations for boat charters, fishing charters, etc. The daily housekeeping was also very appreciated. The location isn't super "walkable" if you're wanting to be able to hike / walk around the property, but it was a short drive into town. We also drove to other parts of the island to hike and go to the beach. I can't say enough great things about this house!

Summary: Our group of 12 adults stayed at Finisterre Villa for a week. There is not one thing to change about this property or the service - everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The villa is incredibly spacious - big enough for each couple to have their own space - with common gathering spaces big enough to fit the whole group. The views are breathtaking, and the landscaping, decor and design is beautiful. Photos alone cannot do justice to depicting this property! Jen, Yaniris and team are incredible. Jen was a quick text away any time we had questions. She helped with grocery runs, baby gear, and so much more - making our arrival, departure and the whole stay so easy and convenient. This house is the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. The owners and property manager have thought of absolutely everything - from cooking utensils and BBQ tools to Corksicles, coolers and beach towels. Pack nothing more than your bathing suit and you’ll be completely set. We’re already planning our next trip back!
