Positive: Great location and excellent layout modern comfotable furnishings. Close to town and eating out.
Negative: It needs a good deep clean. Spider webs everywhere.. The lower level was very musty and damp smelling. There was minimal to none provisions for starter like tea. Sugar. Cleaning products. Some linen and doonas had blood stains on them.

Positive: Location was amazing. Very roomy house. Had everything we needed. Electric garage door. Kids loved their rooms. Mattresses were very comfy. House decor was very nice and modern. Has 50mbps wifi plus netflix and youtube. Entertainment is covered. Coffee machine with all the condiments. Vacuum and hair dryer supplied. Puzzles, books, shampoo, soap etc were all supplied.
Negative: Bins were all full on arrival. Had to put all 3 garbage bags in the green bin, which was the only one that was empty. House was not as clean to our standards. Cobwebs everywhere on the balcony. Balcony has nice views of the bay but really needs a thorough clean. Stale and mouldy smell downstairs (i think it's the carpet). The garage floor had a dead cockroach and debris. Blood stains on the quilt about the size of a 5c coin. All these things are very easy to fix by the homeowner.
