Come and visit our Scandinavian hand scribed log home on 12.5 acres at a pristine lake surrounded by beautiful woods. The property has a gated road for its secluded splendid home location. Four bedrooms, two baths, outdoor barbecue, deck, lake front, fire pit, pickleball court, and so much of the beautiful New York woods to enjoy. Ride mountain bikes, go hiking, just swim in the beach front lake and enjoy water sports. In the winter enjoy skiing, tubing, sledding, at a ski resort near us.

Summary: Beautiful home. Some challenges: 1. We booked for 6 people for 7nights. Nearly $1k per night. 2. Only 3 of us could make the trip. On night 7 we had local friends visit for 12 hours, making our party 7 total for 12 hours. We were charged an additional $385 for violating the guest policy. 3. The host also exercised their insurance policy to replace the corn hole game as it was left outside during our stay but put away ahead of departure in good condition. 4. The host advised us that the A/C was pre-set and recommended not adjusting the thermostats! 5. The wifi was not broadband worthy nor stable. 6. The satellite tv went off frequently. This may be due to the rain—which is when you want TV. 7. There were many rooms in the home that were locked and inaccessible. Including what looked to be the upstairs master bath, a bedroom in the basement, and cabinetry marked as private. 8. The host advised that no motor boats were allowed on the private lake. We awoke to several power boats pulling kids on tubes. The host also has multiple jet skis under wraps on the property. 9. The host asked repeatedly for us to take the garbage to the recycling facility 20 minutes away before departure. We tried; they were closed. 10. The master bedroom had a leak in the skylight. For several nights the skylight dripped water directly on the head of the bed. 11. There are cameras everywhere outside. The general vibe was that we were being observed regularly. Beautiful home.

Summary: The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly like the pictures! We loved taking hikes on the property everyday, sitting by the like, and watching cozy movies. I would recommend coming prepared with groceries and hunkering down for a secluded, cozy, and incredibly scenic vacation. Highly recommend!

Summary: This was my families second visit to this property. Each time we visited, it has exceeded our expectations. The property is meticulously managed and the host is extremely gracious and responsive. The lake is impeccable and we enjoyed kayaking and lounging in the inflatable tubes. On days that the weather was not ideal to be in the water we enjoyed hiking the property and playing ping pong. My two children, ages 11 and 4 loved going to Paws and Claws Zoo which is about an hour away. At night we star gazed and used the fire pit. I highly recommend this 5 star property.

Summary: Beautiful and very clean home situated on a very private and peaceful lakefront site. It is exactly as the pictures show. We were lucking enough to have a view of a full moon rising over the hills directly in front of the house. The moon shimmering on the lake was awesome. The picturesque property and views of the lake were wonderful. Fishing was plentiful even in front of the property. Dariusz was great to work with and he quickly would get back to you whenever he was contacted. Check in was contactless and a breeze. Although this trip was just the 2 of us, we look forward to coming back with our grandson to see all the wildlife and to fish to his heart's content! Larry F.

Summary: Stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time. The house is as listed and also was incredibly clean upon arrival. Being directly on the lake was so peaceful and the windows and light in the house are spectacular as well. Would definitely return here again.

Summary: My friends and i have now stayed at this incredible property 3 years in a row. The lake views are breathtaking and the property is always impeccably clean when we arrive. Outside of just the property itself, there are so many places nearby that make these trips truly unique. Wings from BVH, Pizza from Corner Piazza, Beer from Shrewed Fox and Good Times @ Sand Beach Bar really make our stays even more worth while. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Summary: Great week with family in lovely secluded house ..comfortable and stocked with everything we needed and responsive owner. Plenty for teens to do on lake and we would be happy to return. Highly recommend

Summary: The house is very private. We were happy not to use masks for a week. The log-cabin has a full kitchen so we stayed in every night. Kayaking on the lake before sunset is breathtaking. The owner was helpful, very responsive. I will recommend this vacation home to my friends and I cannot wait to see the spot in winter time.
