Summary: There were bugs in the house, towels were torn and old, house was outdated and old, not well kept. Location was convenient but wouldn't stay here again.

Summary: The location/neighborhood was very nice and conveniently located. The house/property has a lot of potential but appears to have been seriously neglected as far as maintenance and upkeep. The outdoor space could be very nice but has not been cleaned at all recenently. There was debris, leaves, pollen, pineneedles, weeds everywhere, lawn has not been mowed recently, garbage was overflowing when we arrived and someone had left dirty diapers in a cardboard box in the garage that did not smell pleasant. If someone spent a little time cleaning up the outside space it would go a long ways. I had to reach out for check in and check out instructions as I hadn’t heard anything, the host was fairly quick to respond though after I messaged them. The group consensus was we would not stay there again unless someone did some serious cleanup.

Summary: Location was perfect when visiting my kid at SUNY Albany. Located in a safe neighborhood, house had Plenty of room, and backyard is beautiful. Would recommend putting a streaming device, a toaster, and some silverware there for guests but other than that it has everything needed.

Summary: This is a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The home is spacious. Our favorite place was the backyard. It is peaceful, and quiet. We were close to everything. We feel blessed to have found such a beautiful place. Thank you Tiya for the experience.

Summary: The house is gorgeous, but a little outdated. For our purposes, we were there for a hockey tournament and the space and location could not be beat. The owners were really responsive when the toilet was clogged and had someone out to fix it for us. There were some things that were forgotten (dishes left in the dishwasher when we arrived). We didn't really use the kitchen so it wasn't a huge deal. The sheets were also a little small for the beds. But overall we were comfortable and really appreciated being allowed to stay in this home. Thank you!

Summary: The property was very nice however many thing did not work. The coffee pot, faucet in the kitchen, and televisions did not work. The property needs some attention but overall we all had a good time.
