Summary: Location— we felt that the original ad of the VRBO was misleading. The location was very far and not walkable to key South Philly locations- melrose diner etc. it was more in Point Breeze than South Philly. Cleanliness- the location did not feel clean, the sheets, towels etc. there were many things left over from previous guests. Additionally, there was a consistent gas smell close to the front door, like a gas leak. Overall, very disappointed with the VRBO, this was my first time using this service and probably won’t use it again.

Summary: It was a nice little house but it didnt look exactly like the picture but for the most part it was a nice Super comfy spot, pretty clean for the most part,its perfect if you wanna a quick home away from home getaway!! I would say though The only problem is I feel like it should have a rooftop or something for the price of one night but all in all I Enjoyed My Stay Very Much!!

Summary: It was a nice, really cute place to stay. Disqualifiers...the neighborhood was low quality, lots of trash all around. Parking was up on the sidewalk! Only sleeps 4 comfortably, not 7.

Summary: I was in town for my son's graduation from Penn. The place was lovely, exactly as in the photos. Beautiful new renovation, bright, super clean, easy parking, great location close to Center City and University City and very easy to get Lyfts/Ubers too. I recommend this place as a great value.
