Summary: We got the rental to attend a fanily wedding. The location was perfect, right down the street from family. The space was great for our family. The price was great. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful. Unfortunately, when we arrived the exterior looked abandoned. The yard looked like it had not been mowed in a month. There were rotting boards on the from porch and the weeds in the driveway made it difficult to see where to park. Once inside, the carpet had large stains and visible food crumbs The furniture was sparce, which showed in the listing pictures, but also extremely uncomfortable. Both of the toilets didnt work, although my husband was able to fix one, so we all shared that for the weekend. We arent sure how the toilets were cleaned between renters if they didnt flush. The owner was responsive but not able to address before we checked out on Sunday. There were no check out instructions provided.

Summary: We had a wonderful extended stay at this house. It's very clean. The updates are nice. The neighborhood is wonderful, it's so quiet and pleasant, but convenient to shops, restaurants and the university. Great help from the friendly manager who is easy to contact.

Summary: Perfect location, convenient, safe, spacious. Centrally located and convenient to University and downtown. Walking distance to lovely family friendly Morrissey park. Close to one of our favorite spots Sunsinger. We greatly appreciated the fresh towel delivery service and loved that the house was equipped w a coffee maker and coffee/cream, hot water boiler, and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Neighbors were quiet and we felt very safe. We would stay again!

Summary: Great location ! The kitchen is nice but could use glasses and silverware. Problem with ants in kitchen, bathrooms and living room…… Beds are NOT comfortable but the rooms are big. The furniture is not good quality or comfortable but it is doable. Stop at Dollar Tree for toilet paper garbage bag, and paper towels - management only provides 1 roll and no garbage bags. The outside needs a paint job in the worst way and the deck is falling apart (careful where you step). I’m very familiar with Champaign so the location is the bomb!!!

Summary: Spacious. Sparsely furnished so not a place to spend a lot of time hanging out, but we were out and about most of the weekend so that was ok for us.

Summary: Overall our experience was very good. The property is very nice, completely renovated, everything is new. The photos show exactly how it looks inside. It has absolutely everything you need to have a comfortable stay.
