Positive: The interior design of the apartment is exciting, and the space is well organized. We loved the terrace and its size and enjoyed our mornings and evenings on it. We parked our car in a nearby garage, which is conveniently located and easily accessible.
Negative: There could be more space for storing clothes.
Summary: Lovely, but a bit expensive, given it is not near many Barcelona attractions

Positive: The apartment is located in a very quiet yet well-serviced neighborhood. A supermarket, restaurants, and bars are just a few meters away. Placa d'España is also very close, providing easy access to all major attractions in Barcelona. The apartment, housed in a former shop on the ground floor of a refurbished building, has been beautifully renovated. It offers plenty of space and is well-equipped, though a few more spoons and plates could be useful. A lovely terrace provides a relaxing outdoor space and a play area for children.
Negative: Unfortunately, we were not very lucky with the neighbors, who tended to finish cooking, chatting and discussing quite late at night (around 1:30 AM). Perhaps, it was just for these days. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness of the apartment, particularly the floors. Other than that, as I mentioned earlier, it’s an excellent place to stay and an excellent host, making it a great choice for visiting Barcelona for a few days.

Positive: Great location — easy walking distance to the cultural attractions around Montjuic and Plaça d’Espanya, restaurants and cafes, groceries and laundry, public transportation and the airport shuttle stop
Negative: Little bit of neighborhood noise but that’s also part of the attraction over renting a sterile hotel room.

Negative: The shower was clogged and damp. The space is somewhat noisy as the walls are thin, so any noise from the neighbours can be heard. The front door handle was loose and makes it difficult to close the door.
