Summary: Hi I would highly recommend this booking. I booked at late notice and Stuart went over and beyond in terms of getting the keys posted to my work the next day! It was a lovely apartment right in the middle of everything so no need for a car. The beaches restaurants cafes etc were all in east walking distance and there was cooking equipment meaning you could eat in - which is handy when travelling with a small child. I can’t wait to come back again one day. Thank you for having me

Summary: The apartment is lovely and located in the heart of Golfe Juan, surrounded by many bars, coffee shops and shopping facilities. From the beautiful balcony you can take part in the hustle and bustle of French culture. The harbor and the sandy beaches can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The hosts are particularly noteworthy for their immediate helpfulness and warmth. All in all a great vacation home!!

Summary: We had an amazing time in fact it was a piece of 'paradise' for me and 3 friends. We were so impressed with the location of the apartment it couldn't have been better. Within a lovely 5/10 min walk to the beach through some typical french bars/cafes/shops. The beach offers a choice of luxury where you can rent out a sunbed for the day on a private beach or simply enjoy the public beach which is also beautiful. Water sports are available too. Ideal for local transport bus/train so you can explore more of the surrounding area including Cannes and Monaco. We enjoyed walking to the local markets where the locals were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, well maintained and very french with the lovely wooden shutters its a great base for your holiday. The balcony is great either to sit and watch the hustle and bustle down below or to simply enjoy a peaceful evening with a glass of wine or two. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to couples, friends and families although, I would recommend a little visit to the supermarket to keep food costs low if I were to take my family. The owners are very helpful and informative to ensure you have a fun, fabulous, fulfilled holiday! I have already booked another holiday here for 2018.

Summary: A great apartment , very close to the beech , train and bus stops 2 min walk . Superb balcony to have breakfast/dinner . Plenty of cafes/bars and restaurants close by. Great location . Plenty to see and do . Very easy access to Monaco and Cannes . To say I didn't want to come back was an understatement. I cant recommend the apartment and place enough .Lovely people to deal with when booking as well !!! Thank you so very much , we will be back !!!!!.

Summary: On arriving at Nice Airport it was so easy to get to the location using the local transport. The luxury bus stops at the top of the road, and you are there. The flat was very clean with plenty of towels and beach towels available for you to use. There was plenty of space ( 4 adults ) for us all. It has all the required facilities in the flat and it is in an ideal location. Shops are bars are close by and only a 30 second walk from the train station if you would like to travel around France, even visit Monte Carlo !!. The beach is within 5 minutes and you pass a number of fantastic restaurants , visit Cargo the food is fab, the beach is beautiful and the bars and restaurants here are definalty worth a try, great cocktails The service from the guys at So Bar is outstanding. All in all this was a great holiday and i can not recommend it enough

Summary: Fabulous location, set above a bakery, round the corner from a cheese shop, over the road from a chocolate shop and lovely local bars and restaurants. A short walk away is the marina and just past that the amazing private beaches where we spent most of our time sipping Rose and having cocktails delivered to our sunbeds! A perfect place to stay if you want to experience authentic France with some luxury thrown in as well. Also a great train line that takes you to Monoco for a fabulous day trip away. Highly recommend and look forward to going back. Also the owners are very helpful, easily contactable and quick to address any questions.

Summary: We have had lots of holidays in France and have in fact been to Golfe Juan 3 times before but we can honestly say that this has been the best French holiday we have ever had. The apartment was clean (like a home from home) with a fantastic balcony overlooking the streets below and we spent many a happy hour just watching people going about their normal life, the accordion player in the street below. The smell of bread each morning made getting up a pleasure and we were never short of things to do.

Summary: My boyfriend and I stayed here in August and we had such a lovely time! The apartment is perfect with everything you could possibly need for a holiday stay. The doors all open out on to a balcony that stretches around the apartment, all through the day the sun hits a part of the balcony giving you the perfect chance to top up the tan or sit in the shade depending on your preference. With the electric shutters all around you can also block out the morning sun for those hangover days that require an extra hour to sleep off! All you could possible need close by, we ate breakfast on the balcony every morning that was bought fresh from the bakers just downstairs and to top it off a French accordion player would play traditional music for the occasion. The area is just beautiful and the people very friendly and helpful. A great location for exploring also, we got the train to Monaco and Cannes whilst there all very cheap and comfortable. The owners of the apartment were so helpful and friendly; the welcome pack contains all possible ideas and very detailed explanations of the area and sights to see. We would highly recommend this apartment and area and are most definitely going to return. Thanks guys for making it a perfect holiday!

Summary: We went out of season expecting that a lot of places would be closed, a few were but there was still plenty of choice. What we found was a delightful, clean appartment in the centre of a small town with plenty of life. It was really relaxing to sit on the balcony, apéritif in hand, watching the world go by. The local shops were friendly and whilst I speak a little French Pat doesn't, but this posed no problem as everybody we dealt with were more than happy to speak English. The port is lovely and Juan les Pins and Cap D-Antibes are within walking distance. If you want, you can come back on the train or bus - we took the train. In season you can get a special cheap rail ticket offering unlimited trips. Out of season you are allowed to purchase a ticket for the furthest location and get off wherever you wish along the way, then re-join a later train. Try it - the views are fantastic and the fares surprisingly low, even more so if you are of a mature age! Whilst the station is very near, the trains are so quiet that they aren't noticeable. If you take or rent a car, the free parking mentioned in the brochure is close enough to be convenient and overnight parking is free anyway. This was an excellent holiday in every respect and we thoroughly recommend it. We will be going back.

Summary: This apartment is absolutely stunning!! Contemporary yet charming and welcoming. Large sunny balcony perfect for enjoying a few glasses of wine and fully fitted kitchenette perfect for making your own food if you've run out of energy to go out! A very comfortable bed and an excellent sofa bed makes this perfect for couples, two couples or a family. The position is ideal, a short bus ride from Nice, right in the centre of this beautiful town, where everything is within 5 minutes walk, friendly local bars, huge choice of fine restaurants and cosy bistros, the sandy beach, harbour, train station for short journeys to Cannes, Nice or Monaco the most amazing bakery, fromagerie, poissonerie etc etc the list goes on. We will be visiting as many times as we can and have recommended it to all our friends and family.
