Negative: The interface with the letting agents was appalling. They didn't answer the phone, and email/message correspondence was sporadic and with multiple different people. I lost count of the number of times I asked for the check in details, and each time it involved fighting with some obstacle - either the software they use for guest registration, unexpected deposit requirements, or their insistence on only giving out the info at the exact time of check in. At no point was I given an overview of the process, so after completing each step a new requirement was imposed. Despite being uncontactable by phone when I needed to contact them, they kept on calling me to give a review! It was extremely stressful and would make me think twice about using this crowd again. The flat, when we eventually found it (a better description of the locationn would be helpful), was extremely nice, clean and well appointed, in a very quiet road. The location was convenient for our needs, as the guests needed to be at the University. It's a way from town though.
