There is also the harbor with the pier. The nearest lido or the thermal spa Lindau are about 10 minutes away by car. The Austrian city of Bregenz can be reached in about 20 min by car. If you want to go by car to Lindau Island you can park your car at the Park&Ride P1 and take a nice walk to the island along the shore of Lake Constance.
