Summary: This place felt like home. The check-in was very good and this place felt like home. Had everything we need to cook and very cozy apartment. Would absolutely book if you’re visiting New York.

Summary: The house was very close to the downtown area that allowed us to get to and from our venue without any problems. We often took a ride share and left our cars at the house. The house was extremely clean and secure which made us comfortable. It’s a great place to just relax, catch up with friends and easy enough to get into the city. It was also easy to communicate with the owner.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy walk or drive to the Edison Lab and public transportation. Nice park at the end of the road. Property manager was responsive.

Summary: The only thing positive experience about this place was the host. The suite could use a lot of upgrades. There were lack of kitchen supplies ie. cutting board, oven mits, dish detergent, dish cloth. I had to buy so much stuff to accommodate my stay as if I lived there. The water from the sink were hotter than the shower water. My linen was dirty but the host fixed it. The shower curtain had mildew on it and the shower mat was dirty. The tub itself looked un clean. Also there were bugs and nats flying around that I kept having to kill and it was extremely cold in the house. Basically the price I had paid for my stay was not worth it.

Summary: We really enjoyed our short getaway. The property was lovely and well kept. The space was very nice. Brand new appliances in the kitchen were a joy to use.

Summary: The unit was spacious and clean. The host was very informative about events for the weekend and street parking. The host was very responsive and attentive. The only constructive feedback I have to inform guests of work being done on the premises during stay, potential noise due to contractors working, and temporary alterations. However, I will say that when I contacted the host , he was very prompt with ensuring the matter was remedied. Overall, I had a good experience and would stay again.
