Positive: This was a great experience from the start! The hosts were kind and gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was great upon arrival. Great customer service and the house had everything I needed! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lubbock!

Positive: there was no sugar in the house for coffee or creamer, could do without creamer but no sweetners for coffee at all. This could be a one time mistake for coffee drinkers, could have taken what was there who knows? I suggest sweetners for coffee and maybe travel coffee cups to offer guests to the owner so coffee can travel!! Darling decor, clean, nice location, so nice to have cable and not just streaming on tv. We were not there much more than falling into bed and getting up and running the next am. Full bed was a little uncomfortable daughter said, King bed was good, Queen was good. Told daughter in full bed that traveling you were never going to have the bed you have at home. Very comfortable and felt safe. Thought the cleaning fee was a little steep, we stripped the beds, took out the trash, and replaced trash bag in the trash area.
Negative: full bed sank to middle daughter said. There was really not anything to NOT like about this charming place. Felt safe, quite area, Precious decor, really artsy the way Lubbock was represented by dining area. Job well done in this place, loved the patio lights!! For some reason I found this on booking.com but have not been given the 2 night stay on that site, hope the owner can help with that!!! I booked it through booking.com but it took me to evolve..........?????
