Summary: Carmen house was great, quite spacious and we really enjoyed the garden. The location was quite good as well, equally distanced from Palma and the beaches up north of the island. Check in and check out process went smoothly. Would totally recommend!

Summary: The house is a mid terrace and is very spacious. It was clean and perfect for our needs. There are just two things to mention, that would have been useful to know. Firstly, the pictures show a first floor balcony that looks out over the garden. This is occupied by a Majorcan and is not part of the property for rent, we only had the ground floor, so it is an apartment rather than a house. The resident was away most of the time we stayed, but the balcony looks straight out over the patio/sunbathing area, so this is something to bear in mind if you are wanting to sunbathe (it didn’t put us off though!). Secondly, the second bedroom has a cabin bed with 2 foam mattresses. These were very soft and not particularly comfortable, which was a little disappointing. It would really help to replace this mattress. This was a great place to stay at a reasonable price. Carmen was fantastic and so helpful, our flight was delayed by 4 hours, but I messaged Carmen and she was very accommodating. There is Wi-fi, which was essential for me as I had to work while I was there. Communication was great and any problems quickly rectified. A great little apartment in a quiet area, just what we needed. Thank you!

Summary: The house is lovely and it has a great atmosphere. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There were some problems with electricity and plumbing and they did their best to help. The location is perfect for those wishing to travel around the island and especially close to the Serra Tramuntana for hiking. I would recommend.
