Built in 1999 renovated in 2020. Queen beds in each room, Master bath has a walk-in shower & Jacuzzi tub.
The living room has a work space with an HDMI hookup to a 2.5k 27" monitor & printer as well as a gas fireplace.
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook any meal. Gas stove, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher.
There's Sonos throughout the house & a washer/dryer in unit.
Central Heat and AC throughout, as well as high speed wireless internet with Wifi boosters.

Tri-Taylor is a quiet residential neighborhood nested South of West Loop and East of the medical district.
Local Taylor street restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance.
Tri-taylor is easy access to the entire city. With I-90 close by, rides to Downtown & West Loop are 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by train. The CTA Blue line is a 2 block walk from the condo.
Tri-Taylor is about 35-50 minutes from O'hare dependent on traffic, or 1 hour on the blue line.
