Summary: We were in Colorado for our daughter's college graduation in May. House was clean and conveniently located. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Everything was in working order. Responses from the property manager were within an hour. My only small complaint was each room had only 2 towels and we stayed for 7 nights. We use our towels once before they are washed. The house had a washer and dryer so I washed and dried towels. My husband had emergency surgery while we were there and we had to extend our stay at the last minute. The property manager was quick to respond and was able to extend our stay an extra night which was very helpful. It was a nice house. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spacious home. The kids had plenty of space to play and roam around. The only two things that I must mention is that the owner had the lock number changed in the middle of our stay which was a little inconvenient. Also the listing states 5 bathrooms although there are only 4 Ne sure to confirm checkout time. Listing states 11:00 although owner wanted us to checkout by 10:00. We asked to checkout by 11:00 since that’s what we planned on. Overall Very good home for a large group to. Would recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! It was a great location and great amount of space for all 8 of us, the beds we’re comfortable. The outdoor space looked pretty awesome and would have definitely taken advantage if it was warmer🤩
