Positive: From the moment we booked, this stay exceeded all expectations. The host, Christian, was incredibly responsive, answering every request promptly and with warmth. Communication felt effortless, and it made the entire experience stress-free. He even helped us with a personal arrangement, accommodating my children’s grandmother so she could stay comfortably with us. Such thoughtful hospitality made a big difference!!! The apartment itself is fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped and exceeded our expectations — it had more than we needed, making it easy to cook meals at home and enjoy them at your leisure. A standout feature is the large TV with Netflix, which was perfect for relaxing evenings after busy days. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after days spent exploring. We woke up rested and ready to enjoy the day. The air conditioning is strong and efficient, keeping the apartment cool and comfortable even on warmer days. Location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach, at a 5-minute distance, with plenty of nearby dining and entertainment options. It made everything so convenient and enjoyable. We were a group of 4 adults and 1 grandmother, and Christian’s accommodations and care made the stay even smoother for everyone. Check-in and check-out were seamless, with no issues at all, and the place felt secure and easy to access independently. The self-check-in option enhanced the experience, especially for our late arrival schedule. The shared pool area was excellent - clean, with ample umbrellas and loungers to accommodate everyone, making days by the water super relaxing. Overall, a flawless stay. I’d recommend this place to families looking for a well-appointed, comfortable, and conveniently located home away from home, in a quiet area perfect for rest and quality time with loved ones, with a host who goes above and beyond. Positive: The apartment was absolutely spotless, stylishly decorated, and exactly as described. The view from the balcony was stunning and perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location was ideal—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The living area was spacious and comfortable, and the large TV with Netflix was a great bonus. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.

Positive: Excellent apartment equipped with all the necessary facilities for the stay and in addition with amenities for small business responses (printer, high-performance wifi). The apartment is also spacious and equipped with a wide array of functionalities from various modern kitchen appliances to a big TV that provides a great multimedia viewing experience. The owner is a very helpful, communicative person that assisted us during our stay with all necessary requests. The view from the place is beautiful with a great panoramic perspective over the resort area. Furthermore , the distance between the apartment and the beach is short making back and forth trips a breeze.The location of the apartment is also convenient as it provides quick access to various shops and restaurants.

Positive: Amazing apartment very close to the beach and the best restaurant in new Pomorie. We had everything we needed and more than we expected. Coffee, sugar, wine, fully stocked bathroom, spotless everywhere. Great host, nice new building, elevators, street parking, short walk to the beach, AC works well. Perfect week in Bulgaria, we highly recommend this place. Bring a small flashlight because it gets dark in the area at night.

Positive: Really, there is nothing to add or fix. It was perfect to the smallest details- decorations,  kitchen with full appliances and different kind of kitchenware. Everything you need for cooking at home- from dishes and different type of glasses to coffee, sugar, two types salt, corkscrew, vegetable peeler, bottle caps, picnic boxes, water bottles, pizza cutter. I have never seen a better equipped kitchen to offered. The bathroom was stocked with all the essentials - even toothbrush and toothpaste sets, razors with shaving gel, nail files, ear plugs, tissues, washing machine with washing powder. We were very impressed by welcoming compliment from our kind host. Than you, Christian!

Positive: Pomorie. Luxury. We have been traveling around Bulgaria for a week now. We changed several hotels. We arrived at the coast and a surprise awaited us. My very picky wife said in confusion: “There’s nothing to add or fix here...” For the first time we encountered a host who thought of everything! The plumbing is fine! Electricity is ok! Cabinets, doors, shelves, door handles - everything is in order! Beautiful view from the windows. Balcony with rocking chair. With an electric fireplace. Washing machine with built-in dryer. Bath with shower. Coffee machine. Detergents. Compact scanner and copier. All household appliances are in working order and mostly made in Germany. A treat for a tired traveler: a little coffee, a little sugar, salt, honey, thread, needles, a bottle of wine, finally. We didn't want to leave this apartment. Comfort, like in our own apartment. Our rating is 10 out of 5 possible. Christian, thank you!
