This villa is located in a quiet residential area.
This is a lovely modern Villa. It is decorated with a white modern airy feel with a beach style twist.
The Villa has 3 new shower rooms, so no queues for the bathroom, a new kitchen and appliances, and new air con. There are two double bedrooms, there are two further twin bedrooms, all with brand new air conditioning in each bedroom.
The living area is large, light and airy, with two sofas and coffee table, there is inside dining for eight. A large high power ceiling fan keeps the lounge lovely and cool. Free Wifi is provided, as well as USB and bluetooth connection for music. There is Freeview Smart TV with Netflix.
The kitchen is spacious and has all you need for cooking quiet or grand occasions.
Through the lounge is a large covered veranda, just here is seating for coffees or gin o'clock drinks. further along is an Alfresco dining area all still under the shelter of the large covered.veranda. as well as a large BBQ. A little further along this terraced are is a sofa and chairs with a large parasol covering this area. The veranda is a great view of the pool which is good for keeping an eye on the kids, if applicable.
Lovely pool, (11m x 6.7m and 1.8m at its deepest), There are roman steps into the pool and there are several different seating levels around the pool to relax and cool off. The is an outside shower. The Villa benefits from a large private sunbathing terrace at the side of the pool with sun loungers and a large parasol.
Please note we supply linen and towels AND in addition beach towels (to keep your luggage weight down) for free!
We provide free of charge travel cots, high chair and children's plastic crockery utensils and cups as well as toys for young and old in the villa.
There are shops, bars, cafes and restaurants located nearby which is about 5-10 minutes walk away. Binibeca's white sand beach is about 6/8 minutes walk away dependant on pace.
We recommend a car, but it is not essential. There is plentiful parking available outside the house. A good alternative is the touristic road train that runs from Binibeca Vell to Punta Prima. There are a larger selection of shops and supermarkets 15 minutes away in St. Lluis and the capital of Mahon, boasting the Europe's second deepest natural harbour (and great shopping!), which is 20 minutes away.

Summary: Lovely villa! We were a family of 8 (6 x adults and 2 x young children). The villa worked perfectly for us, very well equipped and beautiful deco. The swimming pool and terrace was lovely and well maintained. The beach was excellent for young children, very shallow and perfect for playing on the edge, it’s around a 10 minute walk, although longer coming back as the hill is a little challenging in the heat. There are a few restaurants nearby and one supermarket. The area is very picturesque and not at all commercialised which is what we wanted. Adam was a fabulous host and dealt with us efficiently. We would 100% recommend.

Summary: Just to say thanks to the owners, If you want a calm, beautiful and relaxing holiday this is the place. We have just returned from our idea of a perfect holiday. Three generations including a 4 year old in a modern, well-equipped house in a quiet but accessible area near Binibeca. Such a delight and the house immediately felt like our home. The bonus is it also gets garden visits from a local free-ranging tortoise. Brilliant surprise for all of us. The VRBO listing is accurate, and the instructions for location and access straightforward, especially using google maps. We agree with other reviews that the pool was a good size and more than adequate for our party size of 7. We were able to swim and snorkel everyday both in the pool and a short walk away in the beautiful rocky, coves of Cala Torret. For those who prefer a beach setting this was also a nearby walk with binibeca beach.The small number of friendly bars and restaurants fitted our needs perfectly, and along with a well stocked supermarket and bakery for home cooking. Our holiday dates were just ahead of high season and it felt that as we left the restaurants were getting busier and may not accommodate bigger group walk-ins without a booking.We had a hire car for a couple of days but used the efficient bus to Mahon too; the holiday was never about tearing around. Just Perfect!

Summary: Definitely 5* villa Beautiful views Quiet location Restaurants at Cala Torret mostly seafood, so we used the supermarket there, and cooked at the villa. If seafood is your thing the restaurants look fab! Or could get the little train or taxi to other resorts. We were all about relaxing and making the most of the beautiful villa!

Summary: This property is beautiful...we were so happy when we arrived..it was spotless and so gorgeous in a quiet residential area but a great base for exploring. We'd been a bit worried about the pool size from the pictures but it was ample for all four kids to play in together (ages 3 to 12). There was lots of space for the 8 of us to relax with lots of different areas around the pool and on the terrace to enjoy with and without shade.The BBQ area was fantastic too! The air con in all bedrooms was appreciated after the heat of the day. We hired a car so we could go to the larger supermarkets as there isn't much locally although the small supermarket is good for top-ups! There are a few restaurants nearby and the beach is close with crystal clear water and soft white sand...the kids loved snorkelling and seeing loads of fish there. There is a bit of an incline when walking back from the beach too so with all our bags and towels the car was helpful...but it is easy to walk if no mobility issues. It took us a few days to realise how close we were to Binebeca Vell and that is walkable too but we enjoyed getting the little tourist train there. We had a lovely meal at Bambu and watched the sunset and on another occasion we spent the evening meandering around the cobbled streets and people watching. We are hoping to return next year and would definitely recommend the property. The owners were fantastic too..so responsive and helpful with all our questions!

Summary: We loved staying at this stylish villa located in Cala Torret. Beautifully designed and practical for our stay with a lovely pool. The kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms very comfortable and good quality bathrooms with powerful showers. Bonus features included a cupboard full with toys and games to keep the grandsons busy when they weren't in the pool, beach equipment (parasols, beach bags, buckets and spades) and shopping bags for your supermarket shop. We strongly recommend this villa for your family holiday

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well equipped villa. The property is in an excellent location being both quiet and private whilst very close to all amenities. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach in a lovely part of the island. We would highly recommend this property.

Summary: A fantastic villa with all the amenities you could need in a very quiet area! Under a 10 minute walk to the mini-supermarket and bakery and a 15 minute walk to the beach. There are a few restaurants/bars near the mini-supermarket and a nice coastal walk you can do. We also got the land train to Punta Prima and Binibeca Vell which was easy to catch. The check-in process was a breeze and the hosts are very contactable to reply to any questions/issues that may arise. The pool is cleaned twice a week and is lovely for a dip in the mid-day heat! There was plenty of toys including a bucket and spade for our little one, a high chair and the travel cot was perfect which really helped with the stay. There is air-conditioning in all 4 bedrooms in working condition and an overhead fan in the living room that helps create a breeze. The only issue we had, is that there are no locks on the bathrooms. However this was only a minor issue and wouldn't deter me from staying again!
