Positive: Photos accurately depict the property. Very good location, walking distance to everything you need.
Negative: Check-in states from 2pm to 6pm on the site, we were not able to check into the property until 4pm. I’m pregnant and have a toddler, and rather than the property manager being empathic, I was told ‘you have your car, why don’t you go and do something?’, was told I was the most demanding customer all because the room wasn’t ready when it should’ve been ready by 2pm. It’s not like I requested an early check in? Further to this, the next day we didn’t have hot water between 8am - 5pm. Very unpleasant experience.
