This brand new luxury penthouse is blocks away from shopping and restaurants. It's nestled in the heart of Edgewater and is a short drive to South Beach. It has everything you need in the place everyone wants to be.
LOCATION: The property is just a 5-10 minute drive from South Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (40 minutes from FLL Airport), and has several bars and restaurants at your doorstep.

Summary: Not overy luxurious, but nice enough for the price. Good location, bonus points for the on site parking garage.

Summary: The location was OK for our needs. However, if you compared the unit to hotel standards, we felt it was subpar. There was broken furniture, dishwasher didn’t work dining room chair was unusable and the unit was somewhat unclean.

Summary: Very clean and bright apt with all the essentials to keep it tidy, brand new linens on the master bedroom and the two full bathrooms are a plus! Quiet apt complex that suited our needs. Close to some of the best food trucks, a short drive to South Beach. There were minor issues with the lock but host was speedy with communicating and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Other issue we had was guests from other rentals within the same complex parking in our spot on two different occasions which is a hassle to have to wait for the tow truck. Overall it was a great apt to stay in.
