The home 4BD/2.5BA is located in Hanahan, which is nestled between Summerville, Goose Creek and North Charleston. With over 2400 square feet of space to rest, relax, play games, and eat meals together, we are sure you will feel right at home in this space. This is a quiet family neighborhood perfect for a family vacation. No parties are allowed.
The Space:
The home is beautifully and tastefully decorated and offers a perfect environment for a family vacation.
The 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are all newly furnished with a king bed in the primary bedroom, 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen with bright and beautiful countertops and a breakfast nook and table, a large separate dining room table, a second living room sitting area, and a game room.
Please be aware that the garage is intended for the owner's storage and should not be utilized as parking, a living area, or play space for children.
We provide starter supplies for your stay to include a small shampoo, conditioner and body wash per person, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, small bottle of dish soap, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 spare trash bag, 2 packs of coffee and a handful of small creamers. After these initial supplies run out, we do not offer additional supplies. There are several convenience stores and grocery stores in the area for your convenience.
No parties and events are allowed at this property.
Please note that this property has a propane tank for the grill, but we do not refill/replace empty containers, nor do we reimburse for refills. There may be enough propane for your use from the previous guests, but if not, empty containers can be exchanged at gas stations, grocery stores, etc.

The property is located in Hanahan and is just a few minutes from the nearby cities of Goose Creek, North Charleston, and Summerville. It's a quiet neighborhood perfect for a family vacation and is just 15-20 minutes away from downtown Charleston and area beaches.
Getting Around:
There is plenty of private, off-street parking in the driveway for 4 cars.
Other Things to Note:
Pet policy: As much as we love the four-legged members of your family, we do not allow pets at this property. Any sign of pets will incur additional fees starting at $500.
No smoking is allowed. Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is only permitted outside of the property at least 10 feet away please.
Please be considerate of neighbors. No parties or events allowed.
Please note that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.
Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
