Positive: This property needs extensive renovation before it’s to far gone. In my room, 203, the carpet needs replaced, walls need painted, the stove is rusted, look at the Kleenex dispenser and the bathroom mirror. You have a year of no maintenance before the building needs gutted and remodeled, or just close it as I’m sure the corporation made their money and won’t want to put more money into the property.
