Summary: Absolutely zero negative comments. Food was incredible, buffet and a la carte restaurants. Pool area was great. Beach was great. Service in all areas of the hotel was off the scale friendly. Spa treatments and staffโ€ฆ EVERYTHING was fantastic. Donโ€™t hesitate to book here.

Summary: Nothing bad about the Sugar Bay, but nothing Wow either. Serving staff were very good and friendly, front desk less so. Hotel now somewhat dated. All inclusive decent, although Sizzle Steakhouse a fairly predictable steakhouse. Rum cocktails good, wine list disappointing. Overall a pleasant stay, but wonโ€™t be returning as we have been to better.

Summary: This resort was perfect for us. To start, transportation from the airport to the resort was extremely easy to book, efficient and not a far drive from the airport. Check in was seamless. Our room wasnโ€™t ready until 4. They do have a room with a changing room, shower, bathroom so you can change and enjoy the day depending when you arrive. All food here is good, which you donโ€™t come by often at all inclusive resorts. The buffet menu changed daily for dinner and lunch. They have two restaurants on the property which were both good. Umi was our favorite - the sushi was 10/10. Children are allowed at this resort and mostly stay at the pool. There is only one main pool and one small pool (which nobody went in). The beach was great, they come and put up an umbrella for you so you donโ€™t have to worry about getting shade. The staff is very nice. All around I would come back. This is the perfect place to relax & a no frills resort.

Summary: Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Food very good and varied dining options. Super ambience. Only downside is no sunbeds ever available at the pool in spite of notice saying reserving sunbeds not allowed. Many were empty all day with no one using them even after putting towels on them. Policy should be enforced.

Summary: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was amazing with a wide variety for vegetarians. The beach that the hotel is located on is beautiful, the water is so blue and clear. Overall an excellent stay, we would highly recommend Sugar Bay.

Summary: It was perfect! The food was outstanding and the staff in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Worth the money. I came for March break from Toronto with two kids. The only negative it was slightly too quiet and the kids at times were a bit bored because they didnโ€™t have friends Their age or nightly events were almost nonexistence. Other than that, if you wanna come relax visit, this was honestly the best spot I have ever been in an all inclusive. It just wasnโ€™t the best place to be with and for kids.
