This spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment is fully furnished with a contemporary Caribbean feel, and caters for all your individual and families needs. Large lounge and dining area with ceiling fan, fully fitted kitchen, two balconies with seating.
Both large bedrooms have Queen size beds (UK King size). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and sofa. Both have ceiling fans and are fully air-conditioned.
This pleasant and comfortable apartment is situated on the 4th floor of a Hastings Towers in the picturesque district of Hastings. Secure block with lift.
The apartment is well furnished, with an open plan living/dining area. The living room area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen Sony TV. Free high speed wireless internet connection, with satellite package, DVD player and Stereo System.
The covered patio also offers outdoor seating and lounging area which makes it ideal for Al-fresco dining and enjoying the incredible Caribbean sea breeze.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, an electric stove, large fridge and oven. Other appliances such as electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, blender, and food processor are supplied. The apartment also has an electric Hoover, iron and ironing board.
Linens, towels and beach and towels provided. Room service weekly.
A laundromat providing personal or service washes at reasonable rates is right next to the apartment block.
Please note this is a pet free and non-smoking apartment. Not suitable for guests with children as balconies are not fully enclosed.
Renting a car is optional (parking available to rear) as there are many restaurants, shops, banking, tea & coffee houses, bistros & spas within walking distance of the apartment. You can take public transport to the local Super Markets. Bus stops to Oistins Fish Market or Bridgetown are close by.
Beach and board walk on opposite side of road.
The apartment is situated within Hastings which is part of the Historic Garrison Area of Barbados. And also the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bridgetown and its Garrison. In addition, home to the Old Colonial Officers Quarters and Army Hospital, (now Pavilion Court). It is also the beach entrance to the new board-walk. The Savannah consists of the Main Guard, a beautiful Victorian building complete with a large collection of Old Cannons, the Barbados Turf Club (Horse Racing), the Museum, and a vast open area of sports grounds for Rugby, Football, Cricket and Basketball all surrounded by walking and running tracks. Near to the Fertility Clinic and Barbados Shotakan Karatre Club.
There is currently no landline in the apartment.
Minimum stay 7 nights.
Long term rentals welcome.
The apartment was fully rewired in mid-January 2022
Please note the old building opposite (other side of the road) was demolished in Jan 2022. Building work of a new hotel has been taking place since then. We have no idea how long this will take. We have no control over this as we do not own the land. Nor of any other work which may be carried out at any time by other owners in the block. Unfortunately, sea views from the balconies have been blocked.

Summary: Stayed for a week. Angela the property manager was excellent and very helpful with local tips. Property well situated but would benefit from some upgrading in the kitchen as it is a little tired and some of the appliances are approaching the end of their useful life. View from the balcony is not what the advertising appears to suggest with the picture of the beach and palm tree. This may have existed in the past but is no longer present due to the hotel being built adjacent to the property and I would suggest this is removed as it is misleading. Rooms are spacious and air con is really appreciated Overall however we had a pleasant stay

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment!!! It was spotless, had an incredible view of the ocean from two balconies, and Angela, the manager was efficient and always available if needed!! From booking to checking out every step was neat, tidy, and fluid. The owners and Angela even accommodated our unexpected departure delay!! Would not hesitate at all to recommend or stay in this apartment again!!

Summary: Great location. Close to restaurants, beautiful Rockley Beach. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils and more. All you need to make a quick snack to a full meal. Property managers well excellent and extremely welcoming.

Summary: Amazing stay! Very clean property. Only downside was small wifi malfunction but Catherine the property manager took care of it ASAP. So barely felt the lack of connection. Who cares about wifi when you’re steps away from the beach???travelled w a friend who is Bajan so we had access to a car making it very easy to get to and from places but Lanterns is super close for food and beaches/restaurants/bars are all close AMAZING 10/10 would come back :)

Summary: We just returned from a wonderful 10 day Barbados trip and stayed at this beautiful apt, with its lovely view of the beach which is across the street. The apt. is completey true to the listing information. We have stayed many places, but this apt. was the probably the best in terms of amenities, and it was beautifully decorated. The communication with the owner Jacky and manager Catherine was seemless, and perfect check in and check out. Local bus stops right across the street, we took it a lot to Browns beach, the best one we found for swimming and snorkelling, and to the supermarket which has a free shuttle to get you home. We would definitely recommend this apt. and we hope to return. Maureen and Ian, Canada

Summary: Excellent property. Only thing that could have been better would have been on-site laundry facilities - although there is a launderette nearby. Very handy for Hastings beach and numerous good restaurants. The proximity of the main road was helpful for transport reasons, but did make sitting out on the balconies less appealing. The owners and their representative were very communicative and helpful in all of our dealings, which made us feel very welcome.

Summary: Kitchen had all supplies, best part 2 full bathrooms, nice view of the ocean, felt comfortable, ac in each bedroom, outside building doesnt look like much but it's pink and inside is cozy and clean
