Summary: It was perfect for my girls and my fiancé! He proposed on Holmes Beach (the short one block walk to the beach) during the AMAZING sunset the second night. The girls and I have a tradition of going to the "same beach every night for the sunset" and this duplex was absolutely perfect.Screened in porch was a win by all of us and it was the perfect location for our first family vacation. The duplex neighbors were so friendly and inviting as well, spoke highly of the owner. Very happy and I hope to book again next year!

Summary: My friend and I truly enjoyed this place. A bock to the gulf one way and a block to the Bay the other way. Was extremely clean and furnished with everything we needed. Very safe area.

Summary: This place is a gem!!! Very short walk to the beach. Had all the amenities needed for the beach: chairs, wagon, umbrella, sand toys, etc! They had the most comfortable beds! Decorated cute with everything you need for the kitchen!! I would highly recommend this place and location!!!

Summary: Everything up to date, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week in Florida. During Hurricane Debby I was able to go out to the protected screened porch and fall asleep on the couch while enjoying the elements of the weather. Perfectly situated on the narrow island. My grandkids enjoyed standing in the street, looking a block and a half one way to the ocean, a block and a half the other way was the bay. Laura was a perfect host! No wonder she’s usually booked!
