Positive: Large size room zero to the water, facing the sea, no traffic noise from nearby Route 1

Negative: Whilst clean, it is a little bit dated (bathroom, furniture)

Positive: People are very kind, helpful and ready to give you different tips for activities. There is complementary coffee and tea in the morning. You can drink as much as you want. The rooms are very spacious with a bigger than generally fridge. There is no microwave in the room, but you can find it in a guest room and downstairs. You can watch your clothes. We loved the location, as it was 25 minutes from Fort Zachary Park and Bahia Honda park (where you can enjoy a wonderful snorkeling). It would be so good if they had kayaks, and pedal catamarans. To our pity, there is no safe entrance to water to swim, but they have a very good pool that is open all day long.

Negative: No access to the water to swim. No kayaks or pédalo to better enjoy the stay. No breakfast.

Summary: Wonderful stay. We loved it and think about coming again.
